Discussion Set On Plan To Get More Housing COOPERSTOWN

W

ith concerns heightened by plans for The Grove apartments at 10 Chestnut St., the Planning Board has scheduled a discussion on the village’s updated Master Plan for 4:30 p.m Thursday, July 11. A Housing Committee seeking to implement the update, chaired by Deputy Mayor Cindy Falk, has been meeting twice-monthly for a year. One of the key recommendations is to identify opportunities for more housing to better serve the whole population.
