Water District Ready To Go, Wood States
T
he Town of Oneonta has collected enough signatures to form two new water districts on the Southside. According to Town Supervisor Bob Wood, the majority of property owners, both commercial and residental, signed the petition to create water districts on Routes 28/23 from Main Street to Lowes’ and the town line, and on Old Southside drive. A public hearing will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 23; Wood expects a vote to follow. GARDENERS SOUGHT:
