We are award-winning food procurement experts, established in 2006 and committed to inspiring improvement for each and every one of our client partners.

As a result of the negotiation skills of our expert buyers and leveraging our purchase volumes, we are able to mitigate supplier price increases, on your behalf.

Our dedicated and award-winning support team consists of a day-to-day help desk as well as experienced, consultative relationship managers. We’re also able to offer nutrition and dietetic advice as and when you need to call on it.

From informative talks to your residents to reviews of your menus, our nutritionists and dietitians will help!

allmanhall offers unrivalled support with a fully managed mobilisation process and a dedicated client support team who look after cases raised, to full resolution.

Our buyers manage suppliers diligently, driving high standards of delivery on your behalf. The trading team offers administrative efficiencies through central billing management and consolidation of all invoices.

Our dietitian provides dietetic and nutritional support to ensure your team is able to meet the needs of your residents. This includes training and information regarding legislative changes.

Our relationship managers are all ex-chefs and catering professionals, passionate about providing hands-on advice and pragmatic ideas. From day-to-day empathy and advice for your catering operation and procurement needs to carrying out audits, menu design or food service consultancy projects, they’re here to roll up their sleeves to help and support you!

Technology

Our industry-leading catering control platform will enable you to track and manage every penny of spend, as well as facilitate everything from EDI, central billing and allergen management, to recipes, stocktaking and labelling.

In addition to the above, you will also have access to ‘The Pass’, our online client portal providing access to news and updates, market reports, supplier details, case management, recipes, webinars and more.

You’ll also find it a great support, day-to-day, when needing toolkits, training courses, useful contact information and price updates at the touch of a button.

allmanhall’s exclusive partnership with Foodsteps, the award-winning carbon impact assessment platform, enables your catering team to set and monitor targets, improve the sustainability of your menus and reduce your carbon footprint. By uploading recipes to the Foodsteps platform, you can assess the environmental impact of your menus and print carbon impact labels which can be used to educate your diners about their food.
