HOW DO I DESCRIBE MELLA’S FLAVORS AND TASTING NOTES?
If you don’t like Stevia, don’t worry! Unlike Stevia, all Mella flavors are sweet with a clean finish and no bitter aftertaste. There are 3 flavors:
ORIGINAL
Sweet like simple syrup
Pairs well with: Everything. Can also be infused with your signature flavor!
VANILLA
Creamy, nutty, caramel, floral, musky notes
Pairs well with: Dark teas.
ROSE
Fruity, floral, citrus notes
Pairs well with: Light teas. Refreshers.
HOW DO I USE MELLA PRODUCTS?
Flavored Syrups
We’ve crafted our monkfruit syrups into a familiar format. It's a smaller and more concentrated form factor, but Mella can replace your typical syrup bottle pump for pump. As a baseline we usually recommend about 3 pumps, or 15ml, per each 12 oz drink. However, feel free to adjust your recipes as needed! The sweetness and flavors will compliment a variety of different espresso, tea, or alcohol bases.
Powder Packets
Each single-serve Mella packet guarantees the same level of sweetness as a typical stick of sugar, ensuring an easy switch for customers with every use. Our powder packets are perfectly soluble, even in iced drinks.
WHAT IS MELLA MADE OF?
Where is Mella from?
Mella is based in Los Angeles. Monkfruit is indigenous to China and Thailand. Mella works with the local farmers that still use their traditional methods of growing and harvesting monkfruit without the use of pesticides. The monkfruit is processed with a water extraction process (similar to brewing tea) and compounds are filtered out with resin filters. No chemicals are added in any part of the process.
What ingredients are actually in Mella products?
Mella syrups are made with water, monkfruit juice, natural flavors (like vanilla and rose), and L-malic acid (a natural stabilizer). Mella packets only have monkfruit extract and inulin from chicory root (a prebiotic dietary fiber).

TABLE SET UP
Arrive 30 minutes to an hour before the event for set up. Each event is different but we need to make sure that our brand is properly displayed in whatever space we are in. Depending on the amount of counter or table top space we have we can go with the following:
