Letter from CEO

When I think about the many ways Allied Solutions and our employees impact our communities, I am struck by our drive to serve — we are just as passionate about helping our communities as we are about our day-to-day work. Both are rewarding and contribute to our overall success as a company.

I’m pleased to share our 2024 Community Impact Report. In this year’s report, you’ll find how we’ve measured our community impact, meet some of our employee volunteers and learn more about our community priorities.

This year, our employees continued to give their time, and we hit new records again for volunteerism and participation in activities supporting our community. There’s no better reflection of our Blue Culture corporate values than seeing our employees in action.

Among other things, we deepened our decade-long partnership and became the campus naming sponsor for the Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts. With three world-class venues, diverse performances and programming to engage community members in the arts, we’re thrilled our name is tied to an organization making such an impact in the community.

Thank you to all who contributed to our community impact in 2024.

Sincerely,

Pete Hilger with Allied Solutions Center President/ CEO Jeff McDermott following announcement of campus naming sponsorship. Photo courtesy of Laura Arick Photography

USHERING IN A NEW ERA

In September, Allied Solutions CEO Pete Hilger joined the Center for the Performing Arts President/CEO Jeff McDermott and City of Carmel Mayor Sue Finkam to announce a transformative new partnership between Allied Solutions and the Center. The newly named Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts includes three world-class performance venues, hosts six resident arts companies rent-free and offers a broad menu of educational and experiential opportunities for people of all ages.

This partnership ushers the Allied Solutions Center into a new era and will allow the organization to expand its programming with a stable, multi-year investment.

We continue
