Review Meetings

3 Month Catch-Up & Performance Reviews

During your first month at Alleyn’s your Line Manager may organise one or more review meetings to help you understand your role, provide feedback, help answer any questions and/or prepare and set goals for your first Performance Review. These reviews can take anything from 5 30 minutes depending on what needs to be discussed, and if appropriate may be continued beyond 4 weeks.

Performance Review

Three Month Catch-Up After 3 months, you will be invited back to HR for an informal catch up; this is also a good opportunity to raise any questions or issues that might have arisen since starting at Alleyn’s.

22

Please see the Performance Review Policy available from the HR Consultant or via the Hub: and procedures/support staff/performance review. The annual performance review is a good time for colleagues and Line Managers to share feedback and for a general discussion taking in many aspects of your job including career development for the year ahead. 7
