Allendale Public Schools is proud to offer a new path to graduation with the launch of Allendale Virtual Academy (AVA)—a hybrid learning opportunity designed for high school students who need flexibility without giving up the structure and support of a traditional school. Housed within Allendale High School, AVA blends online coursework with in-person connection, providing students with the freedom to work independently while still having access to mentoring, academic support, and school-based resources.
Is AVA the Right Fit for You?
Are motivated to work independently Prefer a flexible schedule and online coursework
Have strong support at home to help you stay on track
Are anxious about attending classes in a traditional school setting
This summer, Allendale Public Schools hosted a six-week Summer Learning Camp for students in Young 5’s through eighth grade. The camp focused on strengthening reading and math skills, while also giving students opportunities to enjoy physical education, music, art, and group activities.
Have struggled in a traditional school program
Still want access to school-based resources like academic mentoring, post-secondary planning, and emotional or behavioral support
where students came together for games and special activities. Thank you to our families and staff for making this summer a success and helping students continue to grow and reach their potential.
