Indoor Facilities:
Step into state-of-the-art spaces designed for versatility and functionality. From expansive barn halls to intimate breakout nooks, our facilities are equipped with advanced technical amenities to support presentations, workshops, seminars, and more. Fully customizable setups and a dedicated events team ensure every detail is tailored to your vision.
Outdoor Spaces:
Embrace the natural beauty of over 400 acres of pristine land. From private lakeside areas to open fields and forest trails, our outdoor spaces provide unique backdrops for team-building activities, networking sessions, and experiential programs.
Spaces
The Lodge
The Lodge is the main dining room where we can seat up to 400 people. With a coffee bar, full-service bar and lounge space, it’s a versatile building. The outdoor balcony provides additional seating and overlooks our flagpole area with artificial grass and lawn games.
The Pavilion
The Pavilion is our outdoor social space in front of the Lodge. It overlooks the lake and has a central fireplace, firepits, bar and swing chairs. It’s the perfect location for a sunset cocktail hour or a late-night s’more bar.
The Barn
The Barn can seat over 500 people. The building has private bathrooms, a portable stage, in-built mood lighting and can be set up with full AV. It overlooks the lake and outside lies picnic tables, solo stoves, fairy lights with an Airstream bar.
The Cafe
The Cafe is a place to relax, watch movies, host socials and gatherings. Our friendly baristas will brew you up fresh coffee’s, teas and baked treats.
The Campfire
The amphitheater style campfire can seat over 1,000 people, nestled under fairy light and surrounded by trees it’s a soulful spot for social gatherings. Audio & Video can be set up here for keynotes & sessions.
Airstream
The Great Lawn
The Great Lawn is our largest natural grass area on the venue. It has the space to host for thousands of guests to run festival style experiences.
The Meadow
Spacious and ideally located, The Meadow is a large space nestled quaintly near the Barn. It’s been used to host wedding ceremonies, team building sessions, lawn games and socials.
The Airstream can be used for a variety of ideas, mostly it’s used as a bar to serve drinks, but it’s also been used by coffee vendors, an icecream station, a lounge meeting space and even as a hair dressing salon!

Adventure Course
Our ropes course has over 50 total elements, a leap of faith, rock climbing wall and zipline. Built for the adventurous and great for team building challenges.

Home to dance and yoga sessions. With mats provided, this is the perfect space to be mindful throughout your experience.
The Fitness Room
The fitness room is packed with cross trainers, treadmills, rowing machines, free weights, squat racks, kettlebells, medicine balls and more.

Our team carefully selects knowledgeable and friendly drivers who prioritize your safety and ensure a smooth trip to Acres.
Leave the logistics to us as our transportation team handles the organization of guest transportation lists, arrival and departure times, check-in and check-out procedures, airport pick-up and drop-off locations, and more. As an additional option included in our package, you have the convenience of utilizing our transportation services whenever needed.
