COLLEGE PRAYER SPECIALISM SUCCESS
For this first time in many years students have been entered for external examinations in Latin. Miss Easter was thrilled with the results for the year 11 class. Nearly all students achieved at least one grade above their target grade and success for two students at the top grade of A*. Students have worked hard and thoroughly deserve their success. With 67% of the examination now complete we wish them well in their controlled assessment.
Prayer in memoriam of Blessed Oscar Romero who was killed on March 24 1980: Easter Prayer Heavenly Father and God of mercy, we no longer look for Jesus among the dead, for he is alive and has become the Lord of life. From the waters of death you raise us up with him and renew your gift of life within us. Increase in our minds and hearts the risen life we share with Christ, and help us to grow as your people toward the fullness of eternal life with you. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen. Prayer Focus: Christian Persecution
