CRITICAL THINKING & PROBLEM SOLVING FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT (GRADES

9 - 12)

COST: $350

This program will provide students with some of the most essential building blocks needed to tackle any Academy course. Not sure how to start an essay? We’ll look at that. We’ve got that one too It all comes down to thinking We will explore current events, Academy summer reading, and even your favorite Netflix shows to develop these key components to critical thinking and problem solving:

CURIOSITY: The readiness to ask questions about the material in front of you (as well as the world around you). CREATIVITY: The ability to come up with new ideas and to apply them to all your courses. CRITICISM: The artistry of analyzing information, ideas, and opinions to create educated theories and judgments COMMUNICATION: The ability to convey your thoughts in a clear and convincing manner in a range of forms and media
