AOSE's Basketball Camp, run by Head Coach Bruce McCloud and Assistant Coach Anna Russo, will encourage students to learn the fundamentals of basketball while also focusing on tactical skill development through drills and playing strategies This summer camp will provide studentathletes with opportunities to develop teamwork, dedication, and commitment to basketball.
FIELD HOCKEY/LACROSSE CAMP

LOCATION: FAIRLEIGH DICKINSON UNIVERSITY | SHIELDS FIELD
AOSE's Field Hockey Camp will focus on stickwork, student-athlete endurance, and the game's fundamentals Each daily camp session will assist student-athletes in preparing for the pre-season of field hockey and lacrosse and collaborating as a team to emphasize commitment and dedication to a high school sport.
SOCCER CAMP

LOCATION: BOONTON | FIREMAN’S FIELD

AOSE's Soccer Camp, run by Head Coach Ardi Emini, will enable all student-athletes to begin endurance and strength training for the upcoming fall season and will motivate them to focus on developing their footwork and physical fitness conditions over the summer months.
SOFTBALL CAMP
SESSION DATES: 6/10 - 6/13

LOCATION: AOSE SOFTBALL FIELD

AOSE's Softball Camp, instructed by Head Coach Russell Raffay and Assistant Coach Greg Yarnall, will provide opportunities for all incoming and veteran players to improve their skills in all phases of softball. The summer camp is designed for players to learn, develop, and improve their softball abilities, skill levels, and positions and build a strong positive team culture while playing on an NCAA Division III field.
SWIMMING CAMP
SESSION DATES: 7/15 - 7/19

AOSE's Swimming Camp, run by Head Coach Greg Yarnall, will enable all student-athletes to explore the foundational building blocks of high school swimming. The week will begin with a thorough review of the essential technique for each of the competitive strokes. Aerobic and anaerobic training and their roles in preparing for a successful high school swim season will be explored, in addition to core technique for each of the four competitive strokes, foundational endurance aspects, and speed training
TENNIS CAMP
SESSION DATES: 6/10, 6/12, 6/14

AOSE's Tennis Camp, led by Head Coach Joan Braulio, will focus on developing better court players through daily fitness, competitive footwork, point play, and mental match strategies. Each camp session will include racket control lessons and evening matches to help each student-athlete prepare for the upcoming fall season
TRACK & FIELD/CROSS COUNRTY CAMP

LOCATION: MON., WED., FRI. (FAIRLEIGH DICKINSON UNIVERSITY); TUES., THURS. (AOSE) | TRACK
AOSE's Track & Field Camp, run by Head Coach Samantha Villanueva, will focus on endurance running and a variety of track and field events, as well as several one-on-one and team instructional sessions both on and off the track. At the end of the week, a student-athlete will have a better understanding of the sport of track and field, as well as training for specific running and field events.
VOLLEYBALL CAMP

AOSE's Volleyball Camp, instructed by Head Coach Cara Bodnar, will focus on fall pre-season preparation, with all student-athletes learning basic volleyball skills, communication skills, and court etiquette. Each weekly session will allow student-athletes to meet their teammates and be better prepared for the upcoming fall season.
