The Town of Chatham provides free parking for our residents and visitors at the following locations in town: 1. Colonial Building Parking Lot (behind the Colonial Building near the rotary) off Stage Harbor Rd. 2. Town Hall (Main Street) 3. Chatham Bars Avenue (behind Impudent Oyster) 4. Veterans Field (Next to Red Nun Bar & Grill) 5. Depot Road Community Building 6. Chatham Light & Overlook (30 min. limit) 7. Oyster Pond (Stage Harbor Road) 8. Chatham Community Center (Main Street) 9. B ehind Chatham Squire Restaurant, Yellow Umbrella Books & Emack & Bolio’s 10. Daily rate paid parking is available at the former Eldredge Taxi parking lot at 365 Main Street. The law states that your vehicle should be parked within the white lines, and not encroaching on crosswalks.
