Continuos jagged roof-facade treatment at the main event hall creates a point of interest and a gently lit internal ambiance

S U S TA I N A B L E B R A N D VA L U E In accordance to CHANEL Mission 1.5, the centre aims to introduce CHANEL as a sustainable brand through its core programme while translating the brand image and essence in the physicalit y of the hub.

GREENHOUSE EXPRESSION The light and transparent glass-panelled room ser ves as a sensorial theater where visitors can enjoy light and sound per formance.

THE INGENIOUS HIDEOUT CO-LIVING HOUSING

MAIN DROP OFF AREA Simplistic building form, colour scheme and raw building aesthetic compliment the wabi-sabi concept of shibumi (understated beaut y) and shizen (naturalness), providing warmth and intimacy.

OPEN LOBBY The open lobby welcomes users with abundance of greeneries and natural lighting. The use of fill height glass creates seamless indoor-outdoor connection, resembling datsuzoku (freeness).

FUNNK MUSIC: EUPHONY Euphony is a visualisation of funk music to express groove through use of lines, planes and static motion. It aims to express funk music as energetic yet relaxing music through its programmes as well as its physical appearance.

From different angle, euphony is perceived differently, therefore allowing variet y visual experience whilst creating optical illusion.

The ‘lines’ of euphony creates a floating illusion and users are able to play, sit and interact physically.

R&B FUNK Funk r&b t ypically consist of a complex groove with rhy thm instruments playing interlocking grooves that creates a hypnotic and danceable feel
