INTRODUCTION This building is known as Malaysia’s first green building by earning the Gold Greenmark awarded by the Singaporean Building and Construction Authorities (BCA) design, which acknowledges that G Tower have incorporated the Green Building Technologies to improves, energy and water efficiency, indoor environmental quality and environmental management. By the implementation of this system will provide a positive impact for our environment in many aspects such as maintenance cost, provide better health and enhance indoor environment quality.

SITE LOCATION & BUILDING BACKGROUND Located at the junction of Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Ampang.The G Tower was completed in June 2009 with 30 storeys.This tower encompasses 5 star hotel,office suites and a club was constructed by BEP Akitek under Goldis Tower.

INTRODUCTION This building achieved a LEED Platinum and TERI GRIHA 5 Star certificate.Energy efficiency produced on site with shaded window, grey water recycling,solar water heating and natural air circulation system.Designed with consideration of respecting the nature and culture where, 75% of the design of the work station provide the occupant with daylight and outside view allowing the occupant to enjoy the seasons and weather. SITE LOCATION & BUILDING BACKGROUND Suzlon One Earth located in Pune,Maharashtra, India,consists of offices, academic campus, recreation, cafeteria and landscape area. design by Prof. Christopher Benninger.Suzlon One Earth was built in 2007 and completed in 2009.
