Ms. Alicia Adams Recorder Editor OFFICE Dear Alicia,

Thank you for being part of the team that made our recent PaciďŹ c Union Conference constituency session a success. I am truly gratefully for all the details you cared for in pulling the program together. Because of your involvement, the meeting, in my opinion, came off, very, very well. Your postings to facebook and twitter gave our meeting an immediate presence in cyberspace, the new realm of the Millennials! And have I told you lately that I appreciate your work on the Recorder? I do! Thanks again for your work at the session and the continued work in communication and community engagement, I am looking forward to working with you in the future. Wow Friend,

Ricardo

Ms. Alicia Adams, Editor Pacific Union Recorder OFFICE Dear Alicia,

This letter is long overdue. I am writing to thank you for your assistance m' the planm'ng and executing the details of our recent Constituency Session in Ontario, CA. Your meeting with the officers and giving ideas and feedback on the different elements of the session was very, very helpful.

However, most of all, I am greatful to you for the help during several revisions of the PowerPom't I presented to the delegates. You lifted a load for me and I appreciate it. I also continue to be blessed by your work as the Editor of the Pacific Um'on Conference. I hope we will continue to work together for a long time. (And I hope to start meeting the deadlines again for the Presidents Perspective!) Once again, thanks for all your assistance. Sincerely,

(W

Alicia J. Goree Managing Editor Pacific Union Recorder P. O. Box 5005 Westlake Village, CA 91361 Dear Alicia,

Thank you so much for taking a Sunday to be with us at our workshop on February 9. The group was one of the most enthusiastic we’ve had. Almost every one who registered came and most stayed by for the day. Our attendees were interested in your presentation and said it was very valuable to them. It was nice meeting you again and having you on board at the Recorder. Thanks again for your support.

Ms. Goree is a young woman of outstanding character: disciplined, trustworthy, loyal, and responsible. She has high standards for herselfi and she works steadily and undramatically to meet or exceed them. She is ambitious and tenacious, determined to be the best at whatever she does (as my shop’s designer, I particularly see this in' her graphics work). She is poised, well-mannered, and confident, making everything she does look very easy, when it actually m'volves a great deal of skill and creativity. On many occassions, Ms. Goree has occassionally been asked to work overtime hours, which she did without hesitation. She also works quickly and efficiently.

The two thm'gs I appreciate most about Ms. Goree are that she is very m'telligent and that she is responsible. She seems to know choices have consequences and apparently lives by a code ofethics that leads her to respect herself, others, and her env1r'onment. It is a pleasure workm'g with her.

Greetings! It’s an honor to write on behalf of my friend and associate, Alicia Coree. Alicia has a passion for quality in all her work. She is intelligent, creative, and innovative. She thrives under pressure. Her current job at Amazing Facts required her to constantly shift back and forth from being creative to being detail oriented. One moment she was writing copy for a deep, theological article; the next, helping to write an ad; next she was tracking the details of pre-press preparation of a magazine; and then, planning a group activity. In Alicia you will find an unusual combination of dependable qualities. She is enthusiastic, loyal, and resourceful—unafraid to speak up if something is not right and yet highly coachable and cooperative. Her drive for excellence continues to impress me. Working with Alicia is fun. Her work here earned the respect and admiration of her readers and her coworkers. At Amazing Facts she demonstrated herself to be a leader in standing for what she believes in and putting the ministry’s needs at the top of her list. She is an engaging and entertaining public speaker, meets people easily, and makes them feel comfortable immediately. She is a real team player who encourages and acknowledges her coworkers without expecting the praises she deserves. I expect Alicia will excel and flourish in any environment where she can utilize her obvious strengths. I give her my enthusiastic endorsement.

Respectfully,

/MM~
