First World Missions Conference

a Milestone for CSBBC-Cavite City

Christ’s Servants Bible Baptist Church (CSBBC) in Cavite City marked a significant milestone on Saturday, January 25, by hosting its first World Missions Conference. The day-long event, themed “The Heartbeat of God – MISSIONS,” brought together pastors from various churches, local and foreign missionaries (both active and in deputation), and church representatives from across the Cavite area.

The conference provided a platform for pastors and missionaries to share their personal testimonies of answering God's call to missions. Pastor Fred Gonzaga spoke of his gratitude for Springfield Bible Baptist Church and emphasized the importance of following God's calling regardless of age. Missionary Robert Cruz, bound for Kazakhstan, congratulated the young church on hosting the conference and shared his inspiring testimony, highlighting that age is no barrier to God's call. He reminded attendees of the verse, "Many are called, but few are chosen," urging them to embrace God's will.

The conference also showcased the dedication of women in missions. Missionary Rachel Ann Clavio, sent by Bethany Bible Baptist Church, shared her journey of deputation for ministry in Almania. Also present were Missionary Josephine Pueblo, serving in Uganda, and Missionary Ofelia Gonzaga, who recently reaffirmed her call to serve in Bolivia, both under Cavite Bible Baptist Church in Tanza.

Attendees included pastors and representatives from various churches in Cavite, all expressing joy in fellowshipping with their fellow believers. The program featured musical presentations by the CSBBC Choir (“Follow On”), the Blessed Kids (“Follow Jesus” and “God Loves and Cheerful Giver”), the

Pastor Estrada shared his personal journey of discovering the truth in the Bible, particularly John 14:6, which led him to follow Christ. He emphasized the importance of sharing the Gospel and answering the question of where one's soul goes after death. He highlighted that the heartbeat of missions begins with the salvation of souls. The conference not only provided spiritual nourishment but also fostered fellowship through shared meals following each service. The successful event concluded with a renewed sense of purpose and a

History Unfolds Capt. & Mrs. Reynaldo Trajano an Inspiration in the Ministry

From Humble Beginnings

The Manna Feeding Center is a product of the heartfelt dedication of Capt. Reynaldo “Lolo Rey” and Mrs. Tarhata “Lola Tata” Trajano, who began by feeding kids and sharing the gospel on September 1, 2012. This work has inspired and birthed a growing ministry – CHRIST’S SERVANTS BIBLE BAPTIST CHURCH, officially established on September 10, 2023.

A Growing Ministry

As Matthew 9:37 says, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” The mission field is vast, but the laborers are few. The smallest areas are often overlooked, but not by Lolo Rey and Lola Tata. It was the children playing outside the City Cemetery who captured their hearts.

Every Saturday afternoon, they started by sharing small snacks, singing songs, and telling Bible stories to the children. What began as a small act of kindness has now grown into the Cavite Blessed Kids Ministry. Using their own funds, they were always eager to accept and care for every child who showed a willingness to be part of the ministry. Little did they know that their humble efforts would flourish, bearing incredible fruit.

Building Foundations

As the ministry grew, the need for a strong foundation for both the children and their families became evident. A small Wednesday Prayer Meeting started, eventually growing into a Preaching Station on January 15, 2018. It was later commissioned as a Mission Church in December 2021 and named Bible

Overcoming Trials

Just as the enemy tempted and provoked Jesus Christ in the wilderness (Matthew 4:1-11), trials have also been present in this ministry’s journey to win souls. Many have rejected the invitation, but the message remained unwavering. The church leaders and young workers have persevered, reaching out to families, striving to lead them to follow Christ.

A Lasting Legacy

Now, the Manna Ministry supports the 3rd batch of Blessed Kids. With a strong foundation, several young people from Batch 1 of the Cavite Blessed Kids have completed their Bible College Course alongside their regular studies. These young leaders, excellent and competitive, have been molded because of the Godly hearts of those who answered the call to reach out to those in need. Their passion to serve and spread the message of love continues to grow.

Shining with Love

Furthermore, BBCT-Cavite City Mission has now been established as a church under the name CHRIST’S SERVANTS BIBLE BAPTIST CHURCH, fulfilling its task to shine within the city, building a name not only for the church but for a house filled with souls ready to follow the Lord.

The heartbeat of the ministry continues to spread, fueled by love. As the theme of the recent Mission’s Conference says, “THE HEARTBEAT OF MISSIONS – LOVE.”

Pastor’s Desk

Dear Fellow Servants,

Year 2024 has vastly gone by. It is with mixed emotions and heavy heart as I reminisce about the things and situations we faced for the past 12 months of the previous year.

Some Brethren have been offended for some reasons. While I also have experienced to stand behind the casket of precious Brethren who passed away and was asked to share the Gospel during funeral services.

Despite the situations that had happened, I still praise and thank God for His unfailing grace for us and His church. Though the year 2024 has been a Challenging year, it was still showered with outpouring blessings by God's Grace. As we continue to Serve Christ on this brand new year with the Church theme "Follow Christ," I'm again asking everyone's participation not only physically but also spiritually to be with me. As we gather together every Church Service and as we listen to God's word from our Sunday School lessons, Preachings and even in our Bible Studies during midweek Prayer Meetings, let us show how we can genuinely follow the footsteps of Christ based on God's word -The Holy Bible.

and blessings we experienced during the first month of this brand new year. The month of January was filled with commendable and memorable experiences and activities. Another Piano Recital was held which was participated by the selected Blessed Kids. They have showcased their talents on how to play the piano. Our second Lord's Supper as a Local Church was also held which showed our intimate Communion with the Lord through the Partaking on the Lord's Table. Most especially, the church had the opportunity to write another history with the very First World Missions Conference hosted by the church. Once again Brethren, let us grab the opportunity to serve Christ this 2025. By holding into the Blessings God has given our Church. Let us unlock the things that we can overcome. Let us continue to hold onto the rope of faith as we Follow Christ. Let us all desire for the Blessings of God as we obey Him, by being a devoted follower of Christ. Thank you so much brethren for your faithfulness.

Over 300 pastors, preachers, and missionaries gathered at High Acres Acalot, Sablan, Baguio City from January 1-3, for a preacher's camp focused on the crucial theme of "Integrity in the Ministry." Hosted by Pastor Cesar Suyo of Bethany Light Baptist Church of Christ, the camp, based on Psalm 26:1, addressed the tremendous pressures facing ministry leaders today.

focusing on the importance of personal integrity. The evening service featured Pastor Reap discussing "Moral Integrity," followed by Pastor Llena who preached on "How God Blesses a Man of Integrity," using the life of Joseph as an example.

I also would like to praise and thank God for the opportunities

CSBBC Holds First

Annual Lord’s Supper

Christ's Servants Bible Baptist Church held its first annual observance of the Lord's Supper on January 12, 2025.

The event, also known as Holy Communion, was led by Pastor Mark Lester Roa, alongside the church leaders, Captain Raynaldo Trajano, Deacon Generoso Cayanan, and Deacon Hermie Manela.

According to Pastor Roa, the partakers of the Lord’s Supper must be saved, accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, while also being a member of the church.

Since this event is a closed ceremony, those churchgoers who want to attend this ceremony, but do not meet the

Your Co-Servant, Pastor Mark Lester Roa aforementioned, may observe, but they will not take the Holy Communion.

According to Matthew 26:17-30, this commemoration is practiced because Jesus prepared it during the Last Supper, and it has since become a part of the church's ordinances.

The Supper, which Jesus Christ prepared for His followers, was meant to establish intimate fellowship with them and represent the sacrifice He would make for us.

The Lord’s Supper reminds the believers of the love of Jesus Christ and how He sacrificed His life for us to live this life full of love to honor Him; may we always have the obedience to serve and glorify Him, sharing His love with others, as our church grows.

The camp, which concluded recently, provided attendees with a series of insightful sessions led by prominent pastors. The first night saw Pastor Suyo addressing "Leadership Integrity," emphasizing leading by example, humility, and honesty.

The following day, Pastor Paul Byars spoke on "Financial Integrity," highlighting its importance alongside avoiding the pitfalls of fame and inappropriate relationships. Pastor Gerry Nable then discussed "Integrity in Servant Leadership,"

The camp concluded with Pastor Renato Rebadon's message on "Maintaining and Preserving Integrity" through personal accountability to God and sincere service. Attendees expressed gratitude for the enriching experience, noting the blessings received from God's word, fellowship with fellow ministers, and the focused discussions on the challenges and importance of integrity in ministry. The camp was hailed as a vital event for Baptist churches seeking to equip their leaders for effective and ethical service.

A Symphony of Dedication: 2 Young Pianists' journey to victory

“Walang bagay na nakukuha nang hindi pinaghihirapan.” For Laina and Richmond, their victory in winning comes from dedication that began every Sunday afternoon since March 2024.

The moment of truth arrived, revealing the dedication of these two young participants through the melody and harmony they created. The duo performed My Bonnie, Comin’ Round the Mountain, Home on the Range, Juggler, and Wigman on January 11, 2025. The audience was captivated by their talent, and when the judges announced the winner, Laina and Richmond were overjoyed to hear their names called as the competition’s winners.

“Para sa akin po, yung naramdaman po namin noong nanalo po kami ay pagkagulat at saya dahil hindi ko po inasahan yung mga nangyari,” Laina shared.

The pair’s hard work and dedication had paid off. Their perseverance had clearly borne fruit, a testament to their unwavering commitment to their craft. This victory marks a significant milestone in their musical journey, a moment they will undoubtedly cherish for years to come.
