HOUSE IN SÃO MARTINHO
Starting from the plans and elevations of the house, it was necessary to create the 3D model in order to promote the sale of this T3 house. The interior spaces were created suitable for modern life.
In the spaces, priority was given to neutral colors on the floor, walls and ceiling and different points of attention were created by contrasting with the furniture and decoration pieces.

APARTAMENT T2
A 3D model was created based on the blueprints in order to be able to promote the sale of this model apartment.
The client's request was to create a neutral space in the social area that includes the living room, kitchen and dining room.
The rooms were created based on the idea that they were spaces with a little more character.

HOUSE IN CALHETA
For this project, it was necessary to reorganize the spaces according to the client's needs in order to start construction of the house.
The changes made were based on an approved project and were made in AutoCAD to later be modeled in 3D studio max.
