Gulf Cruise Terminal
As cruises are becoming more popular in the gulf region and in the arab world, and after PIF invested in two of the largest cruise lines in the world, there became a need for a type of building that is almost in-existent in the arab world.
O2 Mixed-Use Complex
A mixed-use complex allows for more convenient access to facilities, as it mixes between residential-commercial-social and services, it lowers the average commute.
