ALDEA VERDE A Condominium Development

Aldea Verde is a 11 storey mid-rise condominium in Imus Cavite that has a Ecological Design and promotes Affordabilty for the Upper-Middle Income earners. It incorporates to its design of being Aerodynamic and Biophilic.

The project aims to make the Manila less the people congestions and adapt from every possible incoming events such as pandemic, without any sacrificing the comfortability, convenience, sustainability, accessiblity and affordability.

By the right use of materials and proper allocation the whole project will be well oriented and planned.

SITE OF THE PROJECT

Imus, Cavite - Pasong Buaya

Pasong Buaya in Imus Cavite is the location of the project because of its potential to grow more. As in research shown, the Cavite is the most proficient location to make as an alternative place for the people who are needed and wants to be easily accessible to Manila but not high congested. Additionaly, the cost of living in Cavite is more lower the in Manila

Lucerna cras is a latin word of “lantern of tomorrow” which inspires me for the bright future of the patients in this rehabilitation. The light shining through the lanterns carved-out holes. Highlighting the addicts to make them shine for their recovery.

Proper zoning of spaces area incorporated through the planning by separating the area used by the patients to the public area.
