"In July 1993, while walking along the iconic Champs Elysees in Paris with my daughter Sharon, a student in London, I envisioned a future that would transform our destinies. After returning to Mauritius and establishing my home in Flic en Flac, I was inspired to introduce the sophistication of a London-style real estate agency to our island.
The name Jet 7 (pronounced ‘set’ in French) captivated me, igniting my ambition to become a pioneering businesswoman in property development. I was intrigued by the luxurious holiday complexes throughout my travels to countries like Spain and Florida and I realised this was a concept missing on our paradise island.
Upon my return, equipped with a business plan drafted on a sheet of paper, I was filled with enthusiasm. Little did I know, those family vacations would mark the beginning of the most exciting business venture of my life"

Leadership Behind Jet 7
Our leadership team comprises five directors: myself, Sharon, Marc, our project manager Nicolas, Chantal Frederic. Sharon leads the team responsible for sales, marketing, communication, legal affairs, organizational structure, and product development. Even as a teenager in 1993, she envisioned the concept of selfcatering holiday accommodations.Marc oversees all construction sites and subcontractors, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards. His expertise as a builder has been instrumental to our success Nicolas, our interior designer and project manager, has furnished and designed all our units, coordinating all finishing touches.

Founded in 1993, Le Lac Ltd embarked on a remarkable journey as pioneers in developing self-catered holiday complexes in Mauritius, specifically along the scenic West Coast of the island. With modest resources but abundant ideas and determination, our first venture ‘Blue Shell,’ was established in 1994 under Jet 7 Real Estate Ltd Initially operating from a small office in Flic en Flac, we envisioned the untapped potential of the coastal region and set out to create a thriving real estate agency Identifying a niche market, we introduced the concept of ‘Own, Earn, and Enjoy,’ offering property owners full management services for rental income and holiday enjoyment.
