In over 75 years of business, Alexandria has expanded to five facilities that include both domestic manufacturing & large-scale distribution centers. To support domestic manufacturing, Alexandria partners with other manufacturers around the world to import commodity items. DOOR CONSTRUCTION
PRIMED STILE & RAIL DOORS
Primed stile and rail doors are wood components joined together with dowel pins. The stiles and rails have an engineered wood core covered with an MDF veneer creating an excellent surface for painting. Constructing a door with different components brings definition that cannot be replicated by a molded door.
Stile: The stiles have a solid wood engineered core for added strength, stability, and reduced sound transmission.
Rail: The rails also include a solid wood engineered core.
Panel: Flat and Raised Panels are made with MDF for a smooth paint finish, stability, and

An MDF veneer is permanently bonded to the core resisting dents, dings, and gouges. The veneer when compared to other imitation products makes for a superior and smooth painting surface.
