There are innumerable unique places to visit during the last month of 2022. Whether you’re hoping to unwind in a warmer environment to avoid the savage winter chill, seeking an adventure-filled cold weather holiday, or maybe something in between, here is a list of some choices to visit in December.

Santa Fe, NM Santa Fe in December means bringing a jacket. The city’s semi-arid environment and elevation of 7,000 feet keep winter temperatures cold but tolerable. As tourists wander the streets of Santa Fe, Spanish for “Holy Faith,” they can anticipate a clear sky.
