SRP FLIGHT SERVICES FLIGHT SERVICES HANGAR - 4636 E. MCKELLIPS ROAD | 48,000 SF | HANGARS, WORKSHOPS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SPACES. NEW FACILITY AT FALCON FIELD AIRPORT TO HOUSE SALT RIVER PROJECT’S FLIGHT OPERATIONS. THE BUILDING IS COMPRISED OF A 3-BAY STORAGE HANGAR, SINGLE BAY MAINTENANCE HANGAR, INDUSTRIAL WORKSHOPS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SPACES. THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE FOR THE HANGARS IS TILT-UP CONCRETE PANEL WALLS WITH OPEN-WEB STEEL JOISTS TO SUPPORT AN INSULATED METAL DECK ROOF. THE ADMIN OFFICES AND WORKSHOPS ARE WITHIN A SINGLE STORY LOAD-BEARING CMU STRUCTURE WITH A CONVENTIONAL STEEL FRAMED ROOF. NOTABLE FEATURES INCLUDE A 200’ WIDE SINGLE-OPENING MEGADOOR BY ASSA ABLOY, AN OVERHEAD BRIDGE CRANE, AND A RAISED ROOF OVER THE RECEPTION LOBBY. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION IS SCHEDULED FOR LATE FALL 2025.

EXTERIOR FINISHES INCLUDE GLAZED STOREFRONT, METAL PANEL RAINSCREEN, CENTER-SCORED/INTEGRALLY COLORED CMU, DECORATIVE MESH OVERHANG AT ENTRANCE, STONEWOOD CLADDING, AND GRAPHIC REVEALS ON TILT-UP WALL. AN ILLUMINATED BAND ABOVE THE ENTRANCE CANOPY WILL SERVE AS A NEIGHBORHOOD LANDMARK FEATURE. DROUGHT-TOLERANT LANDSCAPING AND A SHADE CANOPY OVER PARKING SPACES WILL BE INCORPORATED.












BROADLEAF - 1380 N. UVALDA ST. | 556,586SF | MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL A 370 UNIT RESIDENTIAL BUILDING WITH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR AMENITY AREAS. THE STRUCTURE INCLUDES A REINFORCED/POST-TENSIONED CONCRETE PODIUM UP TO LEVEL 3 AND TRANSITIONS TO PREFAB, LOAD-BEARING CFMF PANELS UP TO THE ROOF. A SEPARATE PARKING GARAGE STRUCTURE IS COMPOSED OF PRE-CAST CONCRETE WALL PANELS AND DOUBLE-TEE RAMP SEGMENTS. THE EXTERIOR FACADE INCORPORATES UNIT MASONRY, STUCCO, AND FIBER-CEMENT SIDING. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION IS SCHEDULED FOR FALL 2023, OPENING WITH TCO IN SPRING OF 2024.

A MULTI-USE TWENTY-SEVEN STORY HIGH-RISE BUILDING OF PREDOMINANT BUSINESS OFFICE OCCUPANCY OVER A COMMUNITY FACILITY BASE. THE PODIUM WILL HOUSE THE TRINITY CHURCH PUBLIC SPACES AND OFFICES (LOWEST ELEVEN FLOORS) WITH “CORE AND SHELL” LEASABLE OFFICE SPACE LOCATED ON THE REMAINING STORIES. THE PODIUM AREAS WILL CONTAIN OFFICES, A GYMNASIUM, CLASSROOMS, SEMINAR ROOMS, LOUNGES, A PARISH HALL ASSEMBLY SPACE, AND VARIOUS SUPPORT SPACES.






ENVELOPE SYSTEM COORDINATION
COLLABORATIVE PROCESS WITH CURTAIN WALL CONTRACTOR & MANUFACTURER BENSON INDUSTRIES. REVIEWED AND FACILITATED THE DEVELOPMENT OF SHOP DRAWINGS SATISFYING THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN INTENT AND OTHER PROGRAMMATIC REQUIREMENTS. THE FACADE IS PRIMARILY COMPOSED OF INSULATED GLAZING UNITS AND ALUMINUM FRAMING: STICK-BUILT STOREFRONTS AT GROUND LEVEL STREET FRONTAGES WITH UNITIZED CURTAIN WALL ENCLOSING THE REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING.

-CURTAIN WALL ENCLOSURE ANCHORING AT STRUCTURAL STEEL AND CONCRETE CURB EMBEDS.
- CURTAIN WALL FLASHING AND COPING INTEGRATION WITH ROOFING ASSEMBLY
- ASSISTED LIGHTING DESIGN TEAM & ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR WITH DEVELOPMENT OF FINAL CROWN LIGHTING DETAILS FOR INCORPORATION INTO CURTAIN WALL










PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE CONNECTION WITH TRINITY CHURCH COORDINATED INTEGRATION OF THE EXISTING BRIDGE OVER THE TRINITY PLACE ROADWAY WITH THE NEW BUILDING STRUCTURE, ENVELOPE ASSEMBLY, ELECTRICAL, IT-AV, SECURITY AND ACCESSIBILITY SYSTEMS. THIS EFFORT REQUIRED COORDINATION WITH THE SEPARATE AEC TEAMS INVOLVED WITH THE TRINITY CHURCH RESTORATION PROJECT.

RENDERING OF FINISHED GYMNASIUM
GYMNASIUM COORDINATED REGULATION COURTS WITH OVERHEAD BACKSTOPS, MISCELLANEOUS STEEL WITH STRUCTURAL BEAMS, SPEAKERS, PROJECTION SCREEN, AND OTHER IT/AV EQUIPMENT IN CEILING. CONFIGURED OVERLAPPING REGULATION COURTS.
