Occupancy planning for various departments

clean desk office concept planning of loose and fixed furnishings

Revitalization of a 60-year-old building in the heart of Frankfurt. The historic appearance will be preserved, with a focus on comprehensive occupancy planning to create modern and ergonomic workspaces for 300 employees. The building includes 11 floors.

Collaboration on the project with the following focuses:

// Development of the spatial program and creation of a furnishing concept

// Development of furniture layout options for various office zones (single/double workstations, open-plan areas, meeting rooms, break kitchens, and sanitary facilities)

The seven-story office and commercial building at the Alte Oper, built in 1890, is being completely renovated.

The modernization of selected retail and restaurant spaces on the ground floor will create high-quality, light-filled rental areas. Modern office spaces will be created on the upper floors.

// Planning and coordination of the elevator lobby in the main foyer and standard floors, windbreak and mailbox system including seating niches

The new building offers 230 modern office workspaces and a variety of work, meeting, and lounge areas. The generous glass façades create a distinct connection between the interior and exterior spaces. A clear design language and zoning through various materials characterize the interiors.
