PERFORMANCE SECURITY COMPANY AGENT

I The Performance Agent Security and Defence Asset

It is vital that the Agent becomes aware that he is the postcard UFPE. It is for the agent to care for the image it represents.

II

Quality

Today has been common to hear quality. Much is made of life, quality of service, quality relationships ... But what is this? Perhaps the better question is not "what?", But how to do this? The quality in service provision must always be the best. Become aware of the need to, inserted in the academic world, the pedagogical praxis is fundamental. We know that health care makes a difference, because the human being feels good when it is treated well, whatever the situation. We still need to understand the instrument that we use is communication, completeness considering having it be relevant and updated.

III

Commitment

Any plan is suceptivo to failure, but when there is involvement of the majority, success is inevitable. However, it is important that all Security Agent integrates those already assumed by the final Institutional Security Policy-PSI. As a principle, we infer that: For UFPE, the human being in its entirety has a value overlapping objects, no emergency situation or outcome may justify the lack of security; The UFPE is responsible for providing appropriate means and resources so that all activities are carried out safely; It UFPE and each of us ensure that we are made every effort to preserve the safety of persons; Superintendent who is responsible for safety at Campi, operating activities, the director of security management. Security Agents should act preventively, as help and support to the director; Each agent has a responsibility to ensure their safety and that of their peers; We all have a duty to identify unsafe tasks and with persistence and determination to get your solution in accordance to the upper levels.

IV Self-esteem The mass personality is reflected by the transmitted image. A smile determines our self-confidence, emotional stability, character and flair that makes for pleasurable. Your image is the picture of class.

V Posture It is not enough to have Security Agent training course, training, upgrade. It is your attitude that determines the degree of commitment to their activity. The posture of watchful transcends its image, where there is opportunity if the Security Agent is ready or not for their mission. The Security Agent can not give the impression of being tired, upset, depressed or moody. He must be willing to exercise its mission promoting satisfaction and confidence.

VI Knowledge and Skill Security can not be seen as an activity arrogant, rude or even discriminating. We must seek knowledge and develop skills that result in convincing attitudes, knowing that this is happening by way of will. It's practice, practice with vocational potential seriousness and attention, to achieve such a development process that is apparent weaknesses disappear and have a level of trusted security, limiting course, the chances of success of evildoers. We understand that the principles of security do not change, but the way to do them is influenced by social dynamics. And follow the progress adapting to new realities task is unquestioned in everyday Agent Security. Being prepared should be the concern of everyone, especially the Security Agent, first in themselves, realizing that more and more is required of us.

VII Importance in Service The Security Agent and the police work ostensibly uniform both within the Department and in the Campus under the guidance and responsibility of the Superintendent of Institutional Security, making protection of heritage values. We can not ignore the strength of the legal instrument establishing the competence of the Security Agent as a parameter in activity not only equity, but also of lives, awareness of these values leads to the Security Agent daily challenge and must be tackled with determination to provide a work with excellence with education, respect, using creativity, dedication to relate to the public. If someone dealing with disrespectful attitudes, we must never retaliate. The quality of care includes mutual respect, inspires our respect respect for others. In the approach, we need a lot of skill, because failure is linked to the process approach discriminative, causing embarrassment. The person feels slighted, decreased wound has the honor, privacy invaded, so we can not miss. An error in the approach is the bottom. In the approach we apply methods and techniques appropriate to each situation, as each person is different from one another. Understanding that it's not like cake recipe, already known result. For each action, an initiative, a concern, a way to act is a result. Do not lose sight of its condition Security Agent, responsible for the smooth running of the service you performed.
