ProjectConcept:ThedesignoftheBalmumcuBoğaziçirenewalprovidesluxuryapartmentsoveraretailpromenade.This retailpromenadeisdefinedasawalkingexperiencethathasbeencreatedbyacombinationofBarbarosBlvd,GaziUmur PaşaSk.,andthenewretailpromenade.Theluxuryapartmentsabovearebrokendownbyfloorandprovideamixtureof replacementunits(4th-6thfloor),typicalmarketrateunits(7th-10thfloor),andapenthouseflooratthetop.Aviewtowardthe BoğaziçiBridgeandBosphorusweregiventomostoftheunits.
