When I was going through cancer treatment, I used a journal to help me make sense of my diagnosis, my emotions, my treatment and beyond. I found it so helpful that I decided to create something to support and help other people who are experiencing cancer to find their own way of relating to and expressing what’shappening. A space to express their story in their own words, in their own way and for their own reasons. The result is this guided journal.In this journal, you will find tools, techniques, and strategies to help you to work through how you feel and manage what you must endure and do. You can use it to help you process what has happened and what might happen. It will help you to consider practical things like who to tell and how, what support you need and the best way to get it. You will be guided through things like solving problems and making lifestyle changes if you want to, or you can simply use it as a space to tell your story.I hope it helps you as much as it helped me.
