The world experienced an unprecedented challenge due to the Corona virus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. This COVID-19 created a major impact on lifestyle of people across the world. Due to the high spread of the disease and lack of vaccine, social distancing became an integral part of the people’s life. People started adapting to the NEW NORMAL. The .. pandemic situation left an upgrade on architecture. The MOBIUS LOOP is the post pandemic library designed for the post COVID situation considering the people behavior and to maintain proper social distancing to avoid the transmission of disease.

WHY MOBIUS ?

The main intent of the design is to maintain social distancing between the users and providing free non-intercepting circulation. The Mobius loop is concieved as continous never ending infinite loop that resonates time and space. Breaking the infinty of the loop gives an alternate ramp that runs along the structure connecting three different spaces.
