I graduated from NCKU Physics and am currently pursuing my Master's at the NCCU Graduate Institute of Technology Innovation and Intellectual Property Management. My training in Physics has equipped me with the ability to deconstruct complex phenomena into their fundamental logic, providing a stable foundation for developing systematic solutions. Complementing this, my education at NCCU has provided me with robust frameworks for Service Design and Business Translation This "Dual-Core" background allows me to serve as a precise bridge between technical development and end-market needs.

II. Data-Driven Insights: From Quantitative Analysis to Demand Forecasting

In my industry analysis projects, I have become proficient in using the STEEP framework for macro-trend analysis and leveraging my mathematical advantage to perform ARIMA time-series modeling in Python. I previously authored an in-depth report analyzing how historical oil price fluctuations and geopolitical events impact long-term market demand. This quantitative capability allows me to support "Proactive Service" design, using data to validate and enhance empathetic experience-based decision-making.
