With this said, it is important to create a realistic program completion plan so as to achieve my doctorate degree as well as successfully writing my doctoral study.

Program Structure Achieving a doctoral degree represents a significant life change for me, and I anticipate it is going to be incredibly demanding in a positive way. While, I have not entirely wrapped my mind around the doctoral study process yet, I am very motivated and determined to derive great outcome from my studies. To fulfill this, I need to maintain absolute devotion, steadiness, and organization especially a systematic approach that contributes or creates a new theory. It is my goal that my research will play a significant role in contributing to applied research. I have been indecisive in the area I want to specialize, but after careful research and thinking, I have decided to specialize in organizational leadership; which I will discuss with my academic advisor to make the changes during the week. There are going to be some overlaps after the course schedule has been adjusted. I plan on spending between 10-20 hours every on my studies and adjust as necessary. I need to complete 12 credit hours in Foundational courses, 27 credits hours in Specialization and Methods courses, 3 credit hours in the Doctoral Comprehensive Examination and 12 credit hours in Dissertation research; making a total of 54 credit hours.
