Reactivate the urban life of Monterrey and revive the culture and historical heritage that was lived through the integration of the “Barrio Antiguo” towards design.

Integration of two buildings where one of them represents the "morning life" and the other the "night life" of the “Barrio Antiguo”, creating the activation of a night museum.





PAVILION MEXPAL
An emblematic pavilion that represents the essence of Mexico through the iconic form of the nopal, national symbol embodied in the flag, emblematic plant species of the country and world reference for its diversity and production.



CHAPEL UVA
A space that reinvents and complements the need to escape solitude in prayer and meditation.

It seeks the implementation of the concept of minimalism, emphasizing the essence of space, the sensory experience of a space with simple materials that complement nature and the spaces that surround it.





DUMONT CENTER

A cultural and sports space with the intention of creating a meeting center for the Nuevoleonés neighborhood.
Shared spaces are offered to the community with a focus on culminating and exposing the talents of citizens.











EQUINE CENTER
Create a sustainable center with universal accessibility and integration of the environment to create large and fluid circulations with a harmonious environment for users. Also, intertwine the connection between the horse and the user to benefit their development of quality of life.



CENTRO Anello
Restoration of sports center with the intention
of integrating the Florentine community through its public and sports spaces.

Areas with equipment are offered to strengthen and highlight the sporting spirit of the neighborhood.
