ALECTIA was asked to prepare a master plan for the development of the factory, and in addition carried out an audit of the refrigeration systems of the plant. On the basis of the master plan, Morpol requested ALECTIA to carry out the next step of planning – conceptual design. Furthermore, ALECTIA has prepared the tender documents for the refrigeration plan – a critical part of the factory, which requires unique specialist skills.
New cold storage for Hørkram Foodservice ALECTIA was client adviser on the expansion of Hørkram Foodservice’s cold storage facility in Aarhus, Denmark. The expansion was implemented by adding a new 7,800 m2 building. As client adviser, ALECTIA was responsible for preparing tender documents and managing the main contract as well as the refrigeration contracts. Miratorg AgroHolding - New Cattle and Poultry Complex Miratorg has established a greenfield cattle and poultry complex in Bryansk, Russia. The initiative is one of Europe’s largest single investments in the food industry for a decade. ALECTIA was involved from the initial stages of the project and was responsible for tender design, tendering and contract support for the Miratorg team in relation to the process, packaging and refrigeration equipment, including a rendering plant and a wastewater treatment plant. The poultry processing line in the new factory has a capacity of 12,000 birds per hour, while the cattle processing line has a capacity of approx. 80 cattle per hour.
