Main Highlights: - The Regional Team has incorporated a new role in this term, someone totally focus on Offices Development and Extensions - Starting 2011, a new member was selected for working with projects -During 2010 we have opened 5 new offices, and 2 of them achieved the full membership in one year - Starting 2011, we opened 2 more offices: UBA & USAL

Main Highlights - We have achieved great results on Exchange numbers thanks to a new project strategy that we implemented in the second semestre of 2010, specially in incoming exchange side. - The main goal now is to increase X+LR (complete experiences). We have overcome in 3 months the result achieved in 2010. - During 2011 the focus will be: increasing membership, changing local structures (promoting more Leadership positions) and promoting exchange experiences for every AIESEC member. - Our financial situation is more sustainable this year
