DF Ecology nasce nel 2008 come linea di prodotto dedicata all'abbattimento della polvere nei cantieri di demolizione. Anche grazie alle richieste specifiche dei nostri clienti, ben presto la gamma si amplia introducendo nuovi prodotti e principalmente il Wash Rack, baia di lavaggio manuale che permette il riciclo dell'acqua utilizzata, che si rivela un prodotto importante e con innumerevoli campi applicativi. Il Wash Rack esalta il valore delle risorse naturali riciclando tutta l'acqua utilizzata durante il ciclo di lavaggio e filtrando gli inquinanti per favorire il corretto smaltimento a norma di legge. Nel 2013 la società viene acquisita dal gruppo Generac Power Systems, Inc. assieme alla società madre Tower Light Srl, che assieme a DF Ecology cambia nome in Generac Mobile Products S.r.l. a marzo del 2015. Oggi Generac Mobile Products S.r.l. è un'azienda con sistema di gestione certificato ISO 9001 ed è leader europea nella produzione di torri faro, sistemi di abbattimento polvere ed appunto sistemi di lavaggio con riciclo acqua, con operatività su scala mondiale e un trend in costante crescita.

DF Ecology was founded in 2008 as a brand-new product line designed for dust suppression during demolition works. Also thanks to specific enquiries from our customers, the product range has grown whilst introducing new products, principally the Wash Rack, a closed loop washing system that allows the recycling of the used water. This became an important product for different application fields. The Wash Rack enhances environment values by recycling all the water utilized in the washing process and filtrating the pollutants that will be correctly disposed in accordance with the laws about pollution and discharge. In 2013 the brand was acquired by Generac Power Systems, Inc. with the mother company Tower Light S.r.l. and both changing legal name into Generac Mobile Products S.r.l. on March 2015. Generac Mobile Products S.r.l. is a company with ISO 9001 certification and has established itself as the dominant supplier in the European market in the production of light towers, dust control systems and washing bays with water recycling, with a worldwide presence and continuous growth throughout the years.

When using a Wash Rack, you will reuse more than 80% of water, that is cleaned through a filtration system, separating water from oils and hydrocarbons. These ones can be correctly disposed in a second moment, preventing soil pollution or accidental contamination.

L'acqua sporca viene pompata all'interno del serbatoio di separazione, che ha una capacità di 600 litri.
Nella sezione successiva, dei filtri assorbenti separano l’acqua da olio e idrocarburi.

Il sistema modulare permette di adattarsi a tutte le configurazioni richieste dal cliente. Dalla geometria della vasca, al carico massimo fino alla disposizione delle pareti e dei serbatoi di filtrazione. Tutto è personalizzabile su misura del cliente, pur mantenendo tutte le caratteristiche specifiche del Wash Rack di base.

The modular system allows to adapt to all configurations requested by the customer. From the geometry of the tank, to the maximum load up to the arrangement of the walls and of the tanks and filtration position. Everything can be customized to suit customer request, even keeping all the technical specifications of the standard Wash Rack.

Wash Rack Decanter: an additional tank of 1000 litres that thanks to the injection of flocculants is able to separate the sludge from the water. It’s specifically recommended for big sized Wash Racks and in presence of high quantity of mud.
Side panels: customizable in quantity, lenght and height (1,3 or 2,5 m).
