Our 6-cylinder engines with liquid cooling are compact high-performance engines from Cummins. Turbocharged work Turbocharging and charge air cooling in combination with 24-valve technology, an state of the art HPCR fuel injection system (High Pressure Common Rail) with 1600 bar injection pressure across the entire speed range: For your work, this means an enormous increase in power, performance and running characteristics even at very low speeds. With 6.7 l displacement, this is one of the most powerful engines in its class.
The engine consumers very little fuel for its performance class. This is a result of the optimization of the upper speed rang common to excavator use. The power lies within Two load limit sensing high-power piston pumps are installed in our crawler undercarriage. The pump power can be combined using the convergence function. The newly developed positive control dual circuit system reduces hydraulic losses and thus fuel consumption.
Straightforward slewing Our slewing mechanism is designed to meet the toughest demands: Power is transmitted an axial-piston motor with a priority valve and planetary gear, protected by an automatic multi-disc parking brake. For slewing, the full hydraulic power of a pump can be requested.
Low-maintenance, simple servicing and environmentally-friendly All components in the hydraulics system are easily accessible. The control block, cast as a monoblock, reduces sealing points to a minimum. The multidisc brake is maintenance-free. Environmentally-friendly hydraulic oil can be used if required.
Safe and reliable hydraulics Primary and secondary protection against overloading, replenishing valves for all working functions, load stabilizing and precision lowering valves and service brake valves provide protection, as does the coarse break protection for the hydraulic cylinder and a pressure reservoir for emergency lowering of the arm system. Manual override of the slewing brake is possible: Heavy loads can also be slewed easily against the slope.

Operating modes – the optimum performance when and where you need it The AEM system offers three pre-programmed operating modes: Fine, Eco and Power bring the excavator into the ideal “starting position”. Engine and hydraulic power are adapted directly to the respective operating situation. It is also possible to set the operating mode individually to your requirements.
The choice is yours • F ine control mode is suitable for all applications that demand highly precise working. • In Eco mode, normal jobs such as HGV loading or earth excavation are carried out extremely efficiently. • If maximum excavation and loading power are required, then you can switch to Power mode. Get ahead The hydrostatic transmission can be activated using the pedals or the removable manual lever. The positive-control dual circuit system guarantees perfect straight-line stability thanks to the ideal oil volume distribution, even for combined working movements. Fast changing of attachments Optional: Five different operating modes when using different attachments. At the touch of a button, select the working pressure and volume for your attachment – eliminating the need for complex resetting of the hydraulics each time a tool is changed

Welcome to the workplace well-being program! The cab is decoupled extremely effectively from machine vibrations. The sound level in the cab is extremely low thanks to extensive sound-proofing. The spacious footwell, with generous legroom, houses the pedals. An air-conditioning system is fitted as standard. A radio can also be installed.

A brilliant start to your working day Feel the comfort as soon as you step onto the extra-wide access step and into your workplace. Comfort is guaranteed by the large steps, ideally positioned handle and a large cab door as well as the ergonomically positioned grab handles. The left arm console flips up for rapid entry and exit.
Take your seat! The air-suspended driver’s seat is height-adjustable can also be adjusted according to the driver’s weight. For a stress-free working day, the backrest, lumbar support, seat cushion length and angle can be adapted easily – independently of the control console.
Everything always in sight Our spacious cab provides you with an excellent all-round view. The ideal location of all control elements gives the driver a clear view of the attachment. The windshield slides back underneath the cab roof. The broad wiper range of the windshield wiper, the air-conditioning system with 12 air nozzles and Defrosta function mean you never lose sight of what you’re doing. An optional stoneguard is available. Thanks to the heatprotection glass, sun blind and air-conditioning system supplied as standard, you won’t break into a sweat, even in hot weather. If necessary, working headlamps can be retrofitted.
Everything to hand: All control components are located within the driver’s immediate reach and clearly laid out. The control levers, developed by Atlas, are ergonomically shaped and offer short and precise paths. Large keys enable the a ctivation of basic operating modes, automatic ideal and numerous other functions at the touch of a button.

The chassis
A RELIABLE ÂPOWERHOUSE Maximum stability, torsional strength and dynamics on the terrain are the key features of our chassis.
Well-built for a long service life Thanks to its robust construction and complex X-shape and complex box section, the chassis can withstand the most extreme demands and offers maximum torsional strength. All steel and materials processed by Atlas are chosen for their special durability. The excavator is equipped with four lashing grommets. Runs — with perfect lubrication The central chain guide is fitted as standard, 4-point chain guide is available as an option. The chain tension is adjusted easily via the hydraulic lubrication cylinder and the pre-tensioned steel spring. All tracking and rollers are maintained by lifetime lubrication, which significantly reduces wear. The tracking frame is built specially to reduce the accumulation of dirt and simplify cleaning. Move powerfully across the terrain Two 2-step travel motors drive the crawler type undercarriage powerfully across the terrain. The design advantages of our arms lie in our proven welding procedure. Our arms are lighter but retain their robustness. Exactly the right choice – our booms and arms Load-carrying capacities, ranges and breakout and breakaway forces can be ideally matched to the task at hand thanks to a wide range of boom/arm combinations.
The monoblock boom Our monoblock booms are ideally equipped for all standard tasks such as transfer or bulk lifting.
Drawbar Compact arms guarantee maximum range and loading capacity. In combination with the closely positioned hose run, these are ideal for all construction work. Choose between two different articulated arms for your demanding jobs.
Adjustable boom Our adjustable boom is extended and retracted by a hydraulic system and offers large loading heights and reach. The main advantage of this boom in comparison with monoblock booms is the larger reach, allowing you to use the machine in many other different applications.
Even greater displacement Our new cylinders deliver an even bigger displacement at a smaller diameter. The high bend safety, the high-quality coated piston rod surface and special gasket systems guarantee a long service life. Thanks to the repositioned cylinder linkage points, leverage could be enhanced significantly. End position damping for lifting, retracting/extending and shovel closing prevents hard impacts – which means work is not stressful for driver or machine.

Tools
Use the right tool Get more done We manufacture our tools in standard and special versions using the latest engineering and steel construction knowledge. High-strength steel, proven technology and decades of experience are guarantees for cost-effective and practical work in this sector. Shovels All parts that are particularly subject to wear are manufactured in high-strength, surface treated fine-grain construction steel. The light penetration is achieved by the precision blanking due to the slightly tapered shovel design. The teeth holders are kept extremely flat and integrated in the cut. This allows for less excavation resistance and facilitates more operating cycles. We also offer a range of tooth designs for different types of ground.
Grabber The varied palette includes equipment in one-cylinder and multi-cylinder versions and in twin and multi shell construction. Grabber rotation hydraulics are optional.
Other attachments: Sorting and demolition grabber, hammers, scissors We offer the right attachment for every application. Everything from a single source: Hammer, scissors, sorting and demolition grabber, as well as grabbers in twin and multi-shell construction. Rotating hydraulics are optional. As an option, pressure and volume flow can be set from the cab (see AEM).
Maximum flexibility – the quick change facility Our quick-change facility offers you maximum flexibility when choosing the attachment you need. The simple and robust construction of our mechanical and hydraulic quick-change facility helps you reequip the attachment with minimum effort in the shortest possible time.

Straightforward, quick, reliable AND SAFE All maintenance conditions have one goal in mind: to be as simple and safe as possible.
Ideal service conditions Direct access to the engine is possible from one location via a safe step and a non-slip platform. Daily maintenance is performed comfortably from the ground. User-friendly servicing panels make it easy to work on the machine. All lubrication points for the slewing ring and arm equipment are combined. For a rapid inspection of the machine by our customer service team, measuring points are located at all positions relevant for operation.
Competent service partner The customer service employees at our dealers receive intensive technology training in our factory, to ensure you can contact a competent partner at all times.
Optimum support Our AEM system is also a reliable maintenance partner. The service menu with maintenance interval and measuring data retains all necessary information. A diagnostic interface in the driver cab for connection of a laptop facilitates the straightforward output and configuration of the AEM system.
Hydraulic oil filter Thanks to our special adopted procedure, the filter cage can be used over and over again. Only the media pack is replaced. This protects the environment and significantly reduces the costs of disposal.
Long service life When service and maintenance are observed and original spare parts, we guarantee a long service life for your machine.
Engine oil The engine oil and oil filter are changed only after a long operating period of 500 hours.
