Chaplaincy Prefect

The Chaplaincy Prefect will work closely alongside the School Chaplain to ensure spirituality, ethos and values are showcased in the School.

Responsibilities:

• Support the School Chaplain in putting into practice the School’s ethos while showing commitment to the development of the spirituality of the whole school for the benefit of all students of all faiths and none.

• In the fulfilment of your post, lead by example and in your everyday life at school, strive to be a role model for all students, whilst aiming to live out the half-termly Christian Values focussed upon in Chaplaincy assemblies.

• Support the School Chaplain in the planning, development and delivery of various school services and other Whole School celebratory events.

• Support of the School Chaplain to lead and/or support some of the Chaplain assemblies both for Senior School and Preparatory School.

• Work collaboratively with the Charity Prefects to support and, when required, lead with designated School charitable commitments, while showing initiative in highlighting other worthy causes
