Performing Arts Scholarship

A Pathway to Performance Excellence.…

Weekly scholarship sessions and specialist workshops help you train, evolve, and perform. Preparing you and supporting your future pathways.

Scholarship Workshops

Collaborate with industry professionals, connect with leading theatre companies, and experience inspiring performances that fuel your growth. Scholars thrive in the opportunities; they take risks when presented with new ideas and excel in confidence as they apply this to work within the classroom and beyond.

“I’ve

had so many amazing opportunities as a scholar. Working with real industry professionals and being part of exciting projects has made me even more passionate about performing.”

“Getting the chance to ask Kerry Ellis questions and then learn actual Wicked choreography was incredible. Opportunities like that make being a scholar so special.”

Opportunities as a Performing Arts Scholar

You will get fantastic opportunities to experience live theatre. Over the last two years, we ’ ve seen a huge range of inspiring shows, explored different types of theatres and stages, and watched top-quality professional performances that spark ideas, build confidence, and fuel your creativity. We join forces with the Culture Club to ensure you have multiple options throughout the year.

“Watching A Taste of Honey in the round was incredible. It made me feel completely immersed in the performance.”

Collaborating with Leading Practitioners Across the Performance Field

We have worked with fight choreographers, stage-makeup artists, Frantic Assembly, West End theatre professionals, and freelance practitioners all designed to inspire, develop your skills, and open new opportunities in Drama

"To step onto the stage is to step into a world where imagination breathes life, emotions speak, and every performance is a journey of discovery, for both the artist and the audience."

As part of the Scholars programme, you are invited to audition and perform in the ISA Drama competition.

The Competition is a yearly showcase of the performing arts. ISA schools from across the country come together to present their productions live. It's a unique opportunity for students key Stages 2-5 to both perform and appreciate the theatrical talents of their peers.

We are previous winners of both the Senior and Junior Categories with scripted and devised pieces.
