ALCOTTA Aluminum sheet coating system is an alternative product to the widely used baked clay coating systems that is Terra Cotta. ALCOTTA’s being an aluminum material makes it possible to be processed easily and done different details. With this feature it has got superior properties than Terra Cotta coating systems have. Along with the plate coating system of ALCOTTA in 150, 200, 250 mm, it presents different detail solutions with joints or as zero joint, internal and external corner turning profiles ensure ease of assembly and detail on the surface to be applied for the reason of ensuring compliance with the angles having intermediate value. ALCOTTA offers the option of being used with ease with or without joint in vertical or horizontal. It can be produced in the desired length and when necessary also in the site environment it can be cut easily. Since the assembly accessories are of the polyamide material, the noise that might occur in the thermal expansion of the sheet and in the mechanical works is removed. The load of Terra Cotta onto a building is 43 kg/m2. The square meter weight of ALCOTTA is only 7.6 kg. That is to say ALCOTTA’s being a product about 6 times lighter makes it attractive. While color choices at Terra Cotta products are maximum 15 colors the ALCOTTA surface can be painted to all kinds of anodic oxidation colors and 180 varieties of RAL colors, it offers large color diversity with the engraving paint system and baked clay texture. However, while maximum length is 120 cm at Terra Cotta products, this is possible until 780 cm at ALCOTTA. Thanks to the spaces of joint present between panels in the horizontal in the applications with joints, natural ventilation becomes possible on the back surface of the faces. If demanded, the insulation material can also be assembled into the space between the wall and ALCOTTA.

ALCOTTA Aluminyum levha kaplama sistemi, yaygın olarak kullanılan pişirilmiş kil kaplama sistemlerine yani Terra Cotta ya alternatif bir üründür. ALCOTTA nın alüminyum olması hem kolay işlenmesine hemde farklı detayların yapılmasına imkan sunmaktadır. Bu özelliği ile Terra Cottta kaplama sistemlerinden daha üstündür. ALCOTTA nın 150, 200 , 250 mm levha kaplama sistemi ile derzli veya sıfır derz olarak farklı detay çözümleri sunmaktadır, iç ve dış köşe dönüş profilleri, ara değerli açılara uyum sağlanması nedeni ile uygulanacak yüzeyde detay ve montaj kolaylığı sağlamaktadır. ALCOTTA düşeyde veya yatayda derz veya hiç derz olmadan rahatlıkla kullanılabilme seçeneği sunmaktadır. İstenilen boyda üretilebilmekte ve gerektiğinde şantiye ortamında bile rahatlıkla kesilebilmektedir. Montaj aksesuarlarının polyamit malzemeden olması ile levhanın ısısal genleşmelerde ve mekanik çalışmalarında oluşabilecek sesleri ortadan kaldırmaktadır. Terra Cotta’nın bir binaya yükü 43 kg/m2 dir.ALCOTTA’ da ise bu sadece 7.6 kg/m2 dir.Yani ALCOTTA yaklaşık 6 kat daha hafif bir üründür. Terra Cotta ürünlerinde renk seçeneği maksimum 15 renk iken ALCOTTA yüzeyi her çeşit eloksal rengine ve 180 çeşit RAL rengine boyanabilmekte, gravürlü boya sistemi ile pişirilmiş kil dokusu verilebilmesiyle büyük bir renk çeşitliliği sumaktadır. Yine Terra Cotta ürünlerinde maksimum uzunluk 120 cm iken bu ALCOTTA da 780 cm ye kadar mümkündür. Derzli uygulamalar da montajında yatayda paneller arasında ki mevcut derz boşlukları sayesinde cephelerin arka yüzeyinde tabii havalandırmaya mümkün olmaktadır.. Duvar ile ALCOTTA arasında ki boşluğa da istenilmesi durumunda yalıtım malzemesi montajı yapılabilmektedir.
