ALCAS ALUMINIUM PROFILE SYSTEMS Nur Alüminyum Tic.Paz.Ltd.Şti nin patentli markası olup Çorlu - Tekirdağ’da 30.000 m2 arazi üzerinde 16.000 m2 kapalı alana kurulmuş tesisinde, 1.800 ton’luk ve 2800 tonluk extruzyon preslere sahip tesisin de üretilmektedir.. Yıllık üretim kapasitesi 22.000 TON olup diagonal olarak 1 cm.’den 32 cm. genişliğine kadar her türlü profil üretimi yapabilmektedir. Pres profil olarak 13.6O cm.’ye kadar termikleme, sevketme imkanına mevcuttur. Eloksal tesisimiz yıllık 11.000 ton profile eloksal yapma kapasitesine sahiptir. Eloksal banyolarımızın boyu 8 mt. olup net 7.60 cm. uzunluğa kadar olan profiller eloksal yapılabilmektedir. Tesisimizde standart 12 mikron kaplamanın yanı sıra isteğe bağlı özel olarak 5 mikrondan 30 mikrona kadar eloksal işlemi yapılabilmektedir. Türkiye’ nin en ileri teknolojisine sahip eloksal tesisimizde polisajlı parlak profiller, satineli mat profiller ile gümüş, sarı, bronz, siyah renkli eloksalları aynı anda yapmak mümkün olmaktadır. Elektrostatik boya hattımız 36 mt. fırın uzunluğuna ve çift boya kabinine sahip olup yıllık 7.000 ton alüminyum profilin 180 çeşit RAL renklerinin boyanabildiği hattımızda 7.80 cm. uzunluğa kadar profiller boyanabilmektedir. Alüminyum profil sistemlerimizin tüm kalıpları fabrikamız bünyesindeki kalıphanemizde gelişmiş CNC makinalarla ve ekipmanlarla donatılmış olup yıllık kalıp üretim kapasitemiz 1.400 adettir. Firmamızın kendi AR-GE departmanında geliştirmekte olduğu sistemlerin kalıpları, büyük bir hassasiyetle üretilmekte çeşitli test aşamalarından sonra profil üretimine girilmektedir. Kesme, delme, bükme, çapak alma, barkodlama gibi işlemlerin yapılabildiği gelişmiş makina parkına sahip konfeksiyon hattımızda, müşterilerimizin talep ettiği her türlü profil işleme işleri yapılmakta ve isteğe uygun olarak paketlenmektedir.İmalatımız da 6063,6060 ,6061,6005, 6082 alaşımlı hammaddeden f18 den f31 e kadar çeşitli sertlikte ,su soğutmalı üretim yapabilmekteyiz. Ürettiğimiz tüm ürünler DIN 12020, 12021, 12022 normlarına uygundur. Alüminyum giydirme cephe, kapı, pencere sektöründe uzman olan firmamızın tesisimizdeki üretiminin %55’i kapı, pencere, cephe profilleri gibi mimari ürünlerden oluşmaktadır. Mimar ve mühendislerden oluşan 12 kişilik teknik ekibimiz yeni sistemler üretmekte, varolan sistemleri de geliştirmektedir. Tüm sistemlerimiz çeşitli deneyler ve testlerden geçirilmekte sorunsuz ürünü size ulaştırmayı hedefleyen ARGE departmanımız sizlerden gelecek her türlü talebi hızla yerine getirmeye hazırdır. Üretimimizin %40’ını başta Avrupa ülkeleri olmak üzere 21 ülkeye ihraç eden firmamızın yurt içinde de 300’ü aşkın bayii ve kurumsal müşteriye hizmet vermektedir. ALCAS ALUMINIUM PROFILE SYSTEMS is the patented trademark of Nur Alüminyum Tic. Paz. Ltd. Şti., and is being produced in the plant of having extrusion presses of 1.800 tons and 2.800 tons, established on a covered area of 16.000 m2 of a land of 30.000 m2 at Çorlu – Tekirdağ. The annual production capacity is 22.000 tons and there the production of all kinds of profiles as diagonal from 1 cm to 32 cm in width can be made. There is the possibility of thermal treatment till 13.60 cm as press profile and the possibility of delivering. Our anodic oxidation plant has got the capacity of making 11.000 tons of profile anodic oxidation annually. The length of our anodic oxidation baths is 8 meters and there the profiles till the length of 7.60 cm net can be made anodic oxidation. In our plant besides the standard 12 micron of coating, the anodic oxidation process from 5 micron to 30 micron depending on the request can be made peculiarly. It is possible to make polished luminous profiles, satin opaque profiles and silver, yellow, bronze, black colored anodic oxidations at the same time in our anodic oxidation plant having the latest technology of Turkey. Our electrostatic paint line has got an oven length of 36 meters and double paint cabins and the profiles until the length of 7.80 cm can be painted in our line in which 180 kinds of RAL colors of 7.000 tons of aluminum profiles can be painted. All the moulds of our aluminum profile systems are made with the developed CNC machine tools and equipments in our molding room present within the constitution of our factory and our annual capacity of mould production is 1.400 pieces. The molds of the systems which are developed in its own Research & Development department of our firm are produced with great precision and the profile production is started following various test stages. All kinds of profile processing works requested by our customers are made in our confection line having the developed machinery line where the processes such as cutting, boring, bending, burr removing, bar coding can be made and are packed in conformity with the demand. We can make water cooled production in various hardness in our production from 18 to 31 of the 6063, 6060, 6061, 6005, 6082 alloyed raw materials. All the products that we produce are in conformity with the norms of DIN 12020, 12021, 12022. 55% of the production in our plant of our firm that is experienced in the aluminum curtain wall, door, window sectors consist of the architectural products such as doors, windows, face wall profiles. Our technical team of 12 persons consisted of Architectures and Engineers produce new systems and change the currently existing systems. All of our systems are being passed through various experiments and tests and our Development & Search department which aims to reach the products without any problem to you, is ready to perform any kind of demand to be received from you rapidly. ALCAS ALUMİMUM PROFİLE SYSTEMS является запатентованной маркой ООО « Нур Алюминьюм Тидж. Паз.» и производится на экструзионных прессах весом в 1,800 и 2.800 тонн, расположенных в производственном комплексе, возведённом на крытой площади в 16.000 м2 на 30.000 м2 земельном участке в Текирдаге – Чорлу. Годовой производственный объём составляет 22.000 тонны и осуществляется производство любого рода профилей с шириной по диагонали от 1 см до 32 см. Наш завод по анодированию обладает годовым производственным объёмом анодирования 11.000 тонн профилей. Длина наших элоксальных установок составляет 8 м и в них могут анодироваться профили длиной до 7,60 м. Наряду со стандартным покрытием в 12 микрон на нашем заводе возможно осуществить специальное анодное покрытие в зависимости от пожелания клиента от 5 микрон до 30 микрон. На наших заводах по анодированию, имеющих самую передовую технологию во всей Турции, одновременно возможно анодировать профили в глянцевые блестящие, сатиновые матовые, серебряные, жёлтые, бронзовые и чёрные цвета. Наши линии электростатической окраски оснащены печью длиной в 36 метров и двойной кабиной для электростатической окраски. За год осуществляется окраска 7.000 тонн алюминиевых профилей длиной до 7.80 см в 180 разных цветов по шкале RAL. Все опалубки алюминиевых профильных систем производятся в формовочной, находящейся в структуре нашего завода, оснащённой новейшими станками и оборудованиями типа CNC. Годовой производственный объём составляет 1.400 штук. Опалубки систем, разработанных в научно-исследовательском отделе нашей компании, производятся с большой точностью и после прохождения через целый ряд тестирований, начинается производство профилей . На современной производственной линии, на которой возможно осуществить такие процедуры как разрезание, перфорация, сгибание, обтёсывание и штрихкодирование, выполняются процедуры обработки любого рода профилей и упаковываются по индивидуальному заказу наших клиентов. На нашем заводе мы осуществляем производство с водяным охлаждением из различной твёрдости от f18 до f31 сплавов 6063,6060,6061,6005,6082. Выпущенная нами продукция соответствует стандартам DIN 12020, 12021, 12022. На заводе нашей компании, являющейся асом в секторе алюминиевых навесных фасадов, дверей и окон, 55% всего производства состоит из такой архитектурной продукции как дверные, оконные и фасадные профили. Наша техническая команда, состоящая из 12 архитекторов и инженеров, выпускает новые и улучшает уже существующие системы. ALCAS Türkiye’nin en geniş kapsamlı, ekonomik ve estetik Strüktürel Silikon cephe Sistemini sunmaktadır. Taşıyıcı sistemi 2mm ve 1.8 mm et kalınlığı olan mulyon ve transom profillerine sahip sistemimiz 65 mm.’ den 150 mm.’ ye kadar geniş bir ölçü spektinde üretilmektedir. AF50 serisi çok yönlü bir sistemdir. Bu serideki mulyonlar Strüktürel silikon cephe, skylight ve klasik kapaklı cephe projelerinin tümünde kullanılmaktadır ve uygulayıcılar için mükemmel bir avantaj teşkil etmektedir. Deprem, bina oturmasi, rüzgar, fırtına v.s olumsuz şartlara dayanmaya uygun olarak dizayn edilmiş AF50 serisinde, profiller vidalarla sabitlenmez. Mulyon, transom, panel, cam taşıyıcı olan tij profillerinin tümü esneme kabiliyetine sahiptir. Panel profilleri mulyon profillerine vidayla sabitlenmez erkek ve dişi döküm taşıyıcılara taşıtılır. Böylece panel deprem anında vidalanmadığı için hareket edebileceğinden kasılmaz, cam kırılması riski en aza indirilir. Panel profillerimiz oval olduğundan iç mekân estetiği yükselmektedir. Sistemimizde camlar direkt panel profiline değil panel profilde kanali bulunan eloksalli tij profiline yapıştırılır. Böylece yine deprem anında cam, panel profiline sabitlenmediği için esneyebildigi için kırılma çatlama riskini sıfıra indirir. Statik boyalı cephe profillerinde bonding yapılabilmesi için bonding yüzeyinin eloksali gerekmektedir. Bu tij profilleri bağımsız oldugu için eloksal yapılabilme kolaylığına sahiptir. AF50 serisi maksimum plan akslarını ve kat yüksekliklerini geçebilecek statik hesap degerini sağlayabilecek jx ve jy değerlerine sahiptir. Profillerimizde mevcut kondens kanallari sayesinde olusacak yoğuşma ve yagmur sularını sistem dışına atmaktadır. Bu da iç mekana su girme olasılığını yok etmektedir. Mulyon ve transomlar da 2 mm. ve 1.8 mm. seçenekleri olmasına karşın takozlar dilatasyon profilleri, baglanti profilleri ve diger tüm profiller ortak kullanılmakta olup uygulayıcı için büyük bir stok avantajı sağlamaktadır. ALCAS offers the most extensive, comprehensive, economic and aesthetic, structural Silicone facade system of Turkey. Our system of which carrier system has got Mullion and Trans-Am profiles having a thickness of 2 mm and 1.8 mm, are produced in a large size ranging from 65 mm to 150 mm. AF50 series is a very versatile system. The Mullions in these series are used in all the structural silicone facade, skylight and facade projects with classic cover and form a perfect advantage for the appliers. The profiles are not fixed with the screws in the AF50 series that are designed in conformity with enduring to the unfavorable conditions such as earthquake, subsiding of building, wind, storm etc. All the stem profiles carrying mullion, trans-am, panel, glass have got the capability of bending. The panel profiles are not fixed to the mullion profiles with screws, but are carried by the male and female casting carriers. Thus, for the reason that the panel will be able to move at the moment of earthquake because it was not screwed, it is not tightened and the risk of breaking glass is minimized. Since our panel profiles are elliptic, the interior aesthetic raises. The glasses in our system are not adhered directly to the panel profile but to the anodized stem profile having channel in the panel profile. Thus, since it is not fixed to the glass, panel profile, yet it can bend during earthquake, it reduces the risk of breaking, cracking to zero. The bonding surface needs to be anodized so that bonding can be done at the static painted facade profiles. For the reason that these stem profiles are independent, they can be easily anodized. AF50 series has got jx and jy values to enable the static account value that will pass the maximum plan course and the storey heights. Thanks to the condensation channels present in our profiles the condensation and the rain water that will occur, are discharged out of the system. This removes the possibility of entering of water indoors.

AF50 E sistemi AF50 strüktürel silikon sistemin taşıdığı tüm özellikleri bünyesinde taşımakla beraber, camları taşıyacak kaset panel sistemine ihtiyaç duymaması sayesinde ciddi anlamda bir ekonomik avantaj ve estetik kazandırmaktadır. Sistemin çalışması çift cam arasındaki nem alıcı çıtanın arkasına gizlenen U kanalı ile olmaktadır. U kanalı çift cam arasına özel çift kompanentli silikon ile sabitlenir ve bu kanallardan da özel klipsleri sayesinde transom ve mulyonlara vida kanalından monte edilir. Yatay ve düşey derzler 20 mm. olup bu derzlere özel tasarlanmış silikon fitil ile kapatılır. Kaset panel sisteminin kullanılmaması sayesinde cephe hattı minimum mesafede kalmaktadır. Sisteme özel olarak tasarlanmış iç ve dış köşe adaptörleri ve klipsleri sayesinde imalatı ve montajı daha hızli temiz dönüşler sağlamaktadır. Mulyon ve transom montaj vidası kanallarına geçirilen plastik adaptör sayesinde ısı geçirim katsayısı düşük bir sistem oluşturulmuştur. Sistem içerisindeki yoğuşma ve sızan suları, yatay ve düşey taşıyıcı sistem içindeki tahliye kanallarından dışarı atar. Bütün bu özellikleri ile AF50 E sistemi, maliyet ve işçilikten tasarruf sağlayarak ekonomik olmakla beraber sağlamlıktan ve şıklığından ödün vermemektedir. Along with that AF50 E system keeps in itself all the specifications, thanks to it does not need to a tape panel system to carry the glass, it gains a serious economic advantage and aesthetic. The operation of the system is realized with the U channel which is hid behind the moisture remover lath between the double-glass. The U-channel is fixed between the double-glass with the special double component silicone and thanks to its special clips from these channels as well, they are mounted to trans-ams and mullions through the screw channel. The horizontal and vertical seams are 20 mm and these seams are closed with a specially designed silicone wick. Owing to the cassette panel system is not been used, the facade line remains at the minimum distance. Thanks to the specially designed inner and outer corner adaptors and the clips to the system, faster and cleaner turns are ensured to produce and mount. Thanks to the plastic adaptor undergone into the mounting screw channels of mullions and trans-ams, a system with low coefficient heat passing was formed. The system discharges the condensation water and the leaking water inside it through the horizontal and vertical discharge canals in the system. AF50WIN sistemi ile pencere doğramalarında, strüktürel silikon giydirme cephe estetiği yakalanmış oldu. Doğrama mantığıyla kasa profili köşe takozları ile preslenerek monte edilmek üzere tasarlandı. Kasanın dar tasarlanması ile pencere doğramalarında alüminyum yoğunluğu azaltılmıştır.Aynı zamanda cephe profili olduğu için su buharı ve yağmur sularını tahliye edebilme yapısına sahiptir. Dış cepheden bakıldığında sadece duvar ve cam bitişi görünmektedir. Cephe mantığı ile üç ayrı EPDM fitilleri sayesinde sızdırmazlık ön planda tutulmuştur. Tekli ve bant pencere doğramalarında kanatların dışarı açılması istendiği durumlarda hem ekonomik hem de estetik detaylara sahip bir sistemdir. Along with AF50WIN system, the structural silicone curtain wall facade aesthetic became caught in the window joineries. Case profile has been designed to be mounted by being pressed with the corner wedges with the joinery logic. The aluminum density became reduced in the window joinery with narrow designing of the case and since it is facade profile at the same time, it is able to discharge the water vapor and rain water. When looked at from the outer facade there only wall and glass finish can be seen. Along with the facade logic and thanks to the three different EPDM wicks, sealing has been given particular importance. It is a system having both economic and aesthetic details under the conditions where the wings are demanded to be opened outer at the single and band window joineries.

ADOOR series aims to remove the usual visual pollution of doors by having specially designed cover profiles for a better looking door. Box and vent profiles have 50mm and 55mm depths and 80mm length and are compatible with ALCAS series. 80mm is a specially selected length for the door to work best. ALCOFIS has been produced to be a perfect solution in partitioning wide areas into offices. Partition series can meet very broad architectural needs by presenting alternative details in themselves. In spaces where sound insulation is considered important, offices can be hidden from each other by providing high level of sound insulation comfort with double-glazing detail and also by adding jalousie into double-glazing system without ruining the outlook elegancy of spaces. In spaces where sound insulation is not considered important, it can meet the needs with both economic and visual details using single-glazing detail. An important feature of these series is that eliminating visual pollution by hiding the jalousie box into the system in double-glazing detail. Bases of ALOFIS series can exceed 3 m storey height very easily and eliminate flexion and oscillation on partition walls and noise that will occur consequently. For places with a storey height more than 3 m, it prevents the oscillations that may occur by using reinforcement. On partition systems that are made of ALCOFIS series, horizontal and vertical movements can be given very easily and it provides comfort and visual quality to spaces as it is able to provide turn even on intermediate angles. It provides a visual richness with wood, aluminum composite panels, glass, compact laminate etc. materials working as intertwined and combined in the system and simplifies the work of interior decoration designers. As parts used in ALCOFIS series have a feature of being disassembled, they can be demounted and used in another space easily.

ALCOTTA Aluminum sheet coating system is an alternative product to the widely used baked clay coating systems that is Terra Cotta. ALCOTTA’s being an aluminum material makes it possible to be processed easily and done different details. With this feature it has got superior properties than Terra Cotta coating systems have. Along with the plate coating system of ALCOTTA in 150, 200, 250 mm, it presents different detail solutions with joints or as zero joint, internal and external corner turning profiles ensure ease of assembly and detail on the surface to be applied for the reason of ensuring compliance with the angles having intermediate value. ALCOTTA offers the option of being used with ease with or without joint in vertical or horizontal. It can be produced in the desired length and when necessary also in the site environment it can be cut easily. Since the assembly accessories are of the polyamide material, the noise that might occur in the thermal expansion of the sheet and in the mechanical works is removed. The load of Terra Cotta onto a building is 43 kg/m2. The square meter weight of ALCOTTA is only 7.6 kg. That is to say ALCOTTA’s being a product about 6 times lighter makes it attractive. While color choices at Terra Cotta products are maximum 15 colors the ALCOTTA surface can be painted to all kinds of anodic oxidation colors and 180 varieties of RAL colors, it offers large color diversity with the engraving paint system and baked clay texture. However, while maximum length is 120 cm at Terra Cotta products, this is possible until 780 cm at ALCOTTA. Thanks to the spaces of joint present between panels in the horizontal in the applications with joints, natural ventilation becomes possible on the back surface of the faces. If demanded, the insulation material can also be assembled into the space between the wall and ALCOTTA.

ALCOTTA nın alüminyum olması hem kolay işlenmesine hemde farklı detayların yapılmasına imkan sunmaktadır. Bu özelliği ile Terra Cottta kaplama sistemlerinden daha üstündür. ALCOTTA nın 150, 200 , 250 mm levha kaplama sistemi ile derzli veya sıfır derz olarak farklı detay çözümleri sunmaktadır, iç ve dış köşe dönüş profilleri, ara değerli açılara uyum sağlanması nedeni ile uygulanacak yüzeyde detay ve montaj kolaylığı sağlamaktadır. ALCOTTA düşeyde veya yatayda derz veya hiç derz olmadan rahatlıkla kullanılabilme seçeneği sunmaktadır. İstenilen boyda üretilebilmekte ve gerektiğinde şantiye ortamında bile rahatlıkla kesilebilmektedir. Montaj aksesuarlarının polyamit malzemeden olması ile levhanın ısısal genleşmelerde ve mekanik çalışmalarında oluşabilecek sesleri ortadan kaldırmaktadır. Terra Cotta’nın bir binaya yükü 43 kg/m2 dir.ALCOTTA’ da ise bu sadece 7.6 kg/m2 dir.Yani ALCOTTA yaklaşık 6 kat daha hafif bir üründür. Terra Cotta ürünlerinde renk seçeneği maksimum 15 renk iken ALCOTTA yüzeyi her çeşit eloksal rengine ve 180 çeşit RAL rengine boyanabilmekte, gravürlü boya sistemi ile pişirilmiş kil dokusu verilebilmesiyle büyük bir renk çeşitliliği sumaktadır. Yine Terra Cotta ürünlerinde maksimum uzunluk 120 cm iken bu ALCOTTA da 780 cm ye kadar mümkündür. Derzli uygulamalar da montajında yatayda paneller arasında ki mevcut derz boşlukları sayesinde cephelerin arka yüzeyinde tabii havalandırmaya mümkün olmaktadır.. Duvar ile ALCOTTA arasında ki boşluğa da istenilmesi durumunda yalıtım malzemesi montajı yapılabilmektedir.

Geniş açıklıkları geçebilecek bir şekilde tasarlanmıştır.Sistemin çelik takviyeli olması nedeniyle ALCAS AF68 ışıklık sistemi ile birlikte de rahatlıkla çalışabilmektedir. Sistem çatı eğimi 7° ile 45° arasındadır, özel mahya detayı çok büyük yer kaplamayacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır 0° ile 27° arasında ki açıları rahatlıkla kullanılabilmektedir. Sistemin duvar birleşim ve dere detayları sade bir şekilde çözülerek stok,imalat ve montaj kolaylığı sağlanmıştır. Dere yapısı fonksiyonel olup geniş çatı yüzeyleri üzerinden gelecek su akıntısının tahliye edebilecek derinliğe ve genişliğe sahiptir, dere noktalarında konulan taşıtıcı profil içine takviye olarak rahatlıkla çelik konulabilmesi ile tek başına büyük açıklık geçebilmekte bu sayede bu noktaları geniş kanatlı sürme doğramalar uygulanabilmektedir, Projeye göre istenen yalıtım değerleri için sistem de 20-32mm arasında farklı cam kombinasyonları seçilebilir, ayrıca doğrama kısımlarında ALCAS sistemlerin tüm detayları rahatlıkla uygulanabilmekte bu şekilde mekanların kullanım kolaylıkları ve işlevselliği artmaktadır. ALCAS Conservatories system is a steel reinforced serie with 68mm length. Designed to cover wide open areas. Due to being steel reinforced, ALCAS AF68 can easily work with lighting systems. Roof slope is between 7° and 45°. Ridge details are specially designed to cover less space. Angles between 0° and 27° can be used. Wall connection and valley details are solved in simple ways to provide ease at stocking, manufacturing and installation stages. valley structure is functional, it can discharge water of wide roof areas. By being able to use steel reinforcements within loadbearing profiles at valley points, wide areas can be covered with ease and wide-leaved sliding doors and windows can be installed to these points. Glazing combinations varying from 20mm to 32mm can be used depending on the isolation values required in the projects. Also; for door and window sections, all ALCAS systems details can be used with ease thus improving the functionality and conveniences of places.
