Elite Care Clinic
In partnership with Doctors Hospital, Albany offers an office and practice within The Spa & Wellness Center. The practice facilitates wellness visits, administers vaccines, runs diagnostic tests and prescribes medications, as well as handles episodic, onproperty medical needs. For your convenience, Telemedicine appointments are also available to Albany members and guests. A fully-equipped ambulance and two trained and licensed emergency medical technicians (EMTs) are available 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day for members, residents who are on property at Albany.

Relaxation Room with Plunge Pools
Before, between or post-treatment, take time to enjoy our Relaxation Room for a calm and relaxing escape with calming lighting and soft comforting music. Utilize our cold and warm plunge pools to reduce inflammation and improve general body function. It is mandatory to rinse off prior to using cold and warm plunge pools. Children under 12 years old and animals are not permitted in the Lounges. Children 12 to 16yrs old must be accompanied by an adult.
Lockers
The men's and women's locker rooms are open from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily. Personal items remaining in lockers over an extended period will be removed and held for your collection.

Our Spa is open for services daily from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please contact The Spa & Wellness Center. To ensure your preferred time and service is available, we recommend booking in advance. All spa treatments and packages will need to be guaranteed with a member account.
Arrival Time
We recommend you arrive up to 15 minutes before your treatment to complete our intake form, change, relax, and enjoy the spa facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. The spa will provide towels, robes and slippers and any amenities required for use during your spa treatment visit.
Spa Facilities & Access
The following spa facilities are available when scheduling a spa service: spa changing area, sauna, steam room, lockers, showers and relaxation area. The men's and women's locker rooms are open from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily. Personal items remaining in lockers over an extended period will be removed and held for your collection.
Off-Site Treatments
We kindly extend a variety of our services in the comfort of your own villa or residence for an additional charge of $100.
Pregnancy
We offer prenatal massage for expectant women from your second trimester onwards or for nursing mothers. If you are expecting, please check with your doctor prior to any treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedules change and adjustments are necessary. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without providing enough notice, we miss the opportunity to provide a service to another member or guest. Less than 24hour notice will result in a 50% charge. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of their reserved service amount.
Spa Etiquette
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. The spa is a smoke-free environment. A guest who appears intoxicated will be denied access to The Spa.
Health Conditions
Kindly advise us of any health conditions including cold and flu, allergies or injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy and medical treatments which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation or at the time of service. Please note that management has the right to decline service if deemed necessary for the health of the guest or the therapist.
Age Requirements
Our spa welcomes guests of any age to receive services. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Please contact The Spa team for details on treatments available for our younger guests.
Gift Certificates
Give the gift of endless possibilities with a spa gift certificate. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Valuables
The Spa & Wellness Center accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewelry at any time on the spa and wellness premises. Lockers are provided in both men’s and women’s locker rooms. All lost property found on the premises should be handed to the spa receptionist. Items will be handed over to Albany security. Liquids, undergarments and hair brushes are kept for one month.
Prices
All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change at any time. For your convenience, a 20% gratuity and 10% VAT will be added to your bill for all services. Additional gratuity for outstanding service is discretionary.
Food & Beverage
Guests are kindly requested to refrain from bringing outside food or alcoholic beverages into the spa. For your convenience, our Elixir Tea Bar is open and available during operating hours to enhance your spa experience. Additionally, our Spa Team is pleased to assist with placing food and beverage orders from one of our on-property outlets, which can be enjoyed before or after your service.
