AWARDS FOR FINAL 10 PLAYERS

The following awards will be chosen by winners in order of final standing. The winner of the tournament will receive the first selection and will be followed by the second place winner and so on.

REGISTRATION

• Table and seat position will be determined by random draw on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

• Entry into Poker Night requires an RSVP form be completed and a $5,000 donation/entry fee. Please contact Sarah Michelmore at smichelmore@ albanybahamas.com for assistance. The tournament is designed for up to 50 players. Payment by credit card or wire accepted. • All participants and guest attendees must be at least 21 years of age or older and present valid photo ID to be eligible and participate in related functions.

• At registration, players will be issued a table and seat assignment slip. This slip must be provided to the dealer in order to receive tournament chips.

TOURNAMENT RULES

• The format for the tournament is No Limit Texas Hold’em shootout format. Each shootout table will stop when it gets to the final two players, and both players will take their remaining chips to the final table.

• All players start with 10,000 in tournament chips.

• Players can rebuy for a $5,000 donation and get 10,000 in tournament chips any time their chip stack is at or below their initial starting stack of 10,000 in tournament chips. Players who rebuy before the tournament begins will receive a total of 20,000 in tournament chips.

• Before the tournament begins, players may alternatively choose a special one-time rebuy and add-on package. For a $10,000 donation, players will receive 25,000 in tournament chips in addition to their initial starting stack of 10,000 giving them a total of 35,000 in tournament chips at the start of the tournament.

• Any rebuys after busting out of the tournament must be made immediately.

• All players’ chips will be in play at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Antes and blinds will be posted for players not in their seats for the first hour. If a player has not arrived by the end of the first hour of play, the player will be eliminated from the tournament.

• All tournament chips must be separated by denomination and kept in clear view for all players to see.

• All players may rebuy any time if they are at or below their starting stack of 10,000 in tournament chips. For a $5,000 donation, the player will receive 10,000 in tournament chips. There is no limit on player rebuys prior to Level 8.

• After Level 7 and prior to the beginning of Level 8, players may add-on one time regardless of chip count. For a $5,000 donation the player will receive 20,000 in tournament chips.

• Players who make the final table can add-on one last time before the final table begins regardless of chip count. For a $5,000 donation, players will receive 20,000 in tournament chips. Alternatively, for a $10,000 donation, players will receive 50,000 in tournament chips.

• A player is eliminated from play if he/she has no chips left, is in violation of any tournament rules, or the player voluntarily withdraws.

• Players must make their bets in a timely manner. Management reserves the right to intervene when a player is impeding the progress of the tournament.

• Floor people are to consider the best interest of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision- making process. Unusual circumstances can, on occasion, dictate that the technical interpretation of the rules be ignored in the interest of fairness.

• All standard poker rules apply except where altered by these rules.

• If two or more players are eliminated during the same hand resulting in prize placement, prize placement will be awarded based on chip count at the beginning of the eliminating hand. If chip count was the same, tied players will each draw one card and the highest ranking card will determine placement.

• No cell phones or other electronic communication devices can be placed on the poker table. Players not involved in a hand (cards in muck) shall be permitted to text/email at the table, but shall not be permitted to text/email any other player at the table. All players desiring to talk on a cell phone must be at least one table length away from their table during said communication.

OTHER

• Players may not exchange, borrow or share tournament chips.

• Friendly conversation is permitted but coaching is not allowed.

• By participating and in consideration thereof, each player agrees to abide by all tournament rules, terms and conditions. All such rules, terms and conditions may be changed by management at any time.

• Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the tournament, or any element thereof, for any reason and without prior notice or liability.

• Management reserves the right to exclude any individual from this tournament at its sole discretion.

• Prizes will be awarded for the player with the most rebuys and chip leaders at the first and second break.
