"Drama is exposure; it is confrontation; it is contradiction and it leads to analysis, construction, recognition and eventually to an awakening of understanding”.

Reflavoring
In this dynamic narrative, we explore the cooperation of two vastly different companies The first company is steeped in tradition, with an old-school mentality reflected in its formal dress code and structured work environment Employees adhere to conventional business practices, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Loukidis SA's heritage in classic coffee has built a loyal customer base, but modern consumers are leaning towards novel and diverse flavors. On the other hand Re-flavor SA is a modern startup that embraces a relaxed and flexible approach to work. With its cutting-edge technology, can help create new and exciting coffee flavors. This collaboration could introduce limited edition and seasonal flavors, attracting a younger, adventurous demographic.

Ithaca
"Ithaca" captures the essence of professional and personal journeys through a series of interconnected sketches. It highlights the struggles, successes, and failures of individuals in their careers and studies, while emphasizing the deeper moments of life that truly matter. From the stress of meeting deadlines and preparing for high-stakes exams to the joy of achievement and personal milestones, the play highlights that while achieving professional success is vital, it is the meaningful connections and personal experiences that ultimately enrich our lives. Inspired by C.P. Cavafy's poem "Ithaka," the play reveals that the ultimate conflict in business lies in achieving a balanced life, where professional success and personal fulfillment coexist harmoniously, and encourages us to embrace every challenge as part of our journey towards a fulfilling and balanced life

Flying Donkeys
Corporate environments can be time and energy sinks, not fit for everyone. For decades, our protagonist has been stuck in Alcatraz Mining Co. and desperately seeking a way out. His passport to freedom comes in the form of a drone’s start-up, named Flying Donkeys (FD), which he forms with an old acquaintance. Pulling all strings available and ab-using all available power to him, he manages to create traction for FD, albeit through the use of Alcatraz resources and funding. This goes unnoticed until the end of the financial year, where the ruse is uncovered and brought forward to the Board of Directors After convening, they decide to lay off our protagonist, while providing a generous severance package due to his long career with Alcatraz Eventually, someone has to pay for the damages, and that one is Alcatraz’s procurement employee, who had under coercion processed FD’s first ever contract.
