The Town of Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado (“Town”) is requesting sealed bid proposals from qualified construction firms (“Bidder”) for the reconstruction of the Gothic Recreation Path north of Snowfall Drive in Mt. Crested Butte (“Project”). This Project will include removal of the current pedestrian bridge structures, reconfiguration and realignment of the drainage swale and conveyance, fortifying existing utilities, excavation, shouldering, and realignment and concrete paving (10’ wide and 6” deep) of the Rec Path along an approximate 85 linear foot section. Bids will be received by the Town of Mt Crested Butte at Town Hall Building (911 Gothic Road) until May 15th, 2025, at 11:00 AM (MST), at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.
