Having the right team

Purchasing a home is all about having the right support. So, before you embark on this journey, we recommend starting initial conversations with a mortgage broker or another lending institution and engaging a legal representative.

It’s recommended that you engage with off the plan specialists – this will mean you have the right expertise on hand when you need it.

Select your apartment

With a variety of apartment developments to choose from across Greater Sydney and the Central Coast, your ALAND agent can take you through the available options. Make yourself at home in our luxurious display suites, take your time to view the various locations and layouts, and explore the fixtures, finishes and inclusions available. Your ALAND Sales Executive will explain everything you need to know and describe the next steps to make an ALAND apartment your own.

Make it yours

Once you’ve chosen your perfect apartment, the next step is to reserve it by paying a AUD $1,000 holding deposit together with submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI).

The holding deposit can be paid by credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT) using the details below.

Ask your solicitor to review the contract

We’ll have a Contract for Sale drawn up within 48 business hours, ready to be reviewed by your legal representative. The contract will usually feature the plans of the property, the strata scheme, and the list of the finishes and inclusions to the property and your own apartment. Before contracts can be exchanged, you will also need to pay the balance of your 10% deposit.

Meet your customer concierge

After you’ve exchanged contracts, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated customer concierge. They’ll be there to support you until settlement and can answer any questions you may have. If your apartment is yet to be completed, our team will provide regular updates on its progress – and upon completion will ensure the project is issued with an occupation certificate and the Strata Plan is registered with the Land Titles office. Following this, your solicitor is advised of the confirmed settlement date, usually in three weeks’ time.

Settlement and move in!

Once your settlement date is booked in, your customer concierge will arrange to meet you at your new apartment to give you a detailed tour. Once confirmation of settlement has been received, we’ll also present you with your keys and other important information relevant to your new home. All that’s left now is for you to celebrate and enjoy everything your new home or investment offers.
