Proses meeting untuk membahas requirement detail hingga proses MoU atau memorandum of understanding
Proses pembuatan flow, diagram, desain UX, dan riset persona dari aplikasi atau software yang ingin dikembangkan.
DEVELOPMENT 3
Proses untuk mulai mengembangkan (coding) aplikasi sesuai dengan flow, diagram, dan UI design yang disepakati.
Dalam pengembangan microsite pada pekerjaan ini, kami akan menggunakan metode AGILE. Dimana dalam metode pengembangan software menggunakan agile development, memiliki 6 fase, yang bisa dikerjakan secara paralel, yaitu:
1. Brainstorming & Requirement, Fase pertama untuk membahas requirement dan plan pengembangan aplikasi atau software.
2. Design, fase kedua untuk mulai mendesain flow aplikasi dan desain UX untuk aplikasi tersebut.
QA & TEST
Proses Quality Control dan A/B Testing atau Alfa dan Beta testing untuk melakukan ujicoba terhadap sistem yang dibuat. Baik tes secara manual maupun otomatis menggunakan JEST
Kami akan membuat atau memberikan revisi jika ada bug atau error sebelum aplikasi live ke publik.

3. Development, fase ketiga untuk mulai mengembangkan aplikasi atau website sesuai dengan brief flowchart, diagram, dan desain ux yang ada.
4. QA & Testing, fase untuk memulai tes masing masing modul atau fitur yang sudah diselesaikan.
5. Deploy, fase dimana website telah di test dan siap di deploy ke server.
6. Monitoring, fase untuk memonitoring aplikasi atau software yang telah dikembangkan.

1. Project Manager, seseorang yang bertindak sebagai wakil manajemen untuk melakukan monitoring dan koordinasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan dengan Klien dan melakukan pengaturan personil yang ditempatkan (on site) di lokasi pekerjaan.

2. UX Designer (UXD), seseorang yang bertanggung jawab untuk membuat desain tampilan aplikasi dan prototype.
