Meet the Eanes family, who have been members of Alamance Country Club since June 1, 1991 and have made significant contributions to the community. Greg Eanes first joined the club because he loves golf and was inspired by friends who were already members. Greg was given a junior membership plan with a unique paymen structure that included an upfront cost and a no-interest payment plan, making joining an easy decision.
Over the years, the Eanes family has discovered new ways to enjoy the club's benefits. Greg spends most of his time on the golf course while his wife, Becky, frequently uses the pool. At one point when the children were younger, Zachary was a part of the swim team. Greg and Becky love going to the fitness facility and enjoy the pool and summer fun.
The family enjoys Alamance Country Club, not just the beautiful Donald Ross-designed golf course, but also the welcoming environment established by members and staff. Greg recalls being welcomed by more experienced members when he joined at the age of 29. Over the last 33 years, the club has made constant improvements and additions, including two golf course restorations, pool facility upgrades, and fitness center extensions. This makes it easier for the family to use everything the club has to offer. The Eanes family is excited about the golf course and the summer events at the pool, making Alamance Country Club their home away from home.
Come over after a round of golf, a pickleball game, a workout, playing bridge, or just to have a delicious lunch!
