THIS WEEK IS A COMBINATION OF TWO GREAT LIFETIME SPORTS. STUDENTS WILL GET INSTRUCTION TO IMPROVE THEIR TENNIS AND GOLF SKILLS. THE PROGRAM WILL CONSIST OF SEVERAL GAMES, TOURNAMENTS AND CHALLENGES ON A CUMULATIVE TEAM POINT BASIS. AFTER A 2.5 TO 3 HOUR GOLF AND TENNIS PORTION
THE KIDS WILL ENJOY LUNCH AT THE POOL AND HAVE A CHANCE TO COOL OFF WITH A SWIM. MINIMUM STUDENTS 8. MAXIMUM 24.

The popularity of both Mah Jongg and Bridge have started to run into some issues with having adequate table space. In order to help manage this and ensure the proper table set ups we are adjusting the format for the Saddle Club Lounge. We hope this will enable easier daytime reservations and more convenient service.

Time Slot 2: 2pm - 5pm
Each time slot has availability for 6 tables. Only one person needs to make a reservation per table. This will be located on the club calendar. You may make reservation through the app/website or by calling Jenn Handwerk at 336.584.0345. We will continue to have our Thursday evening Mah Jongg night in Saddle Club.
Reservations will open two weeks before the sign-up date, at the start of the week!

Reservations shall be made for all regular club functions and on any other occasions requested by the manager. For reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event, the member will be charged 50% of the cost. For reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event, the member will be charged 100% of the cost

It is our goal to provide all members and their guests with the best service possible. To help ensure this we must manage table size to allow both our service staff and culinary staff to deliver the expected level of service. Any reservation over 12 will not be able to order off the a la carte menu. Tables over 12 will need to make arrangements through the catering department for a personalized and limited menu.
