How will you ensure that you exceed the expectations of every stakeholder? LBoA •Current State: The local advisory board is extremely inactive which reflects our struggle to still achieve positive growth. The credibility of our brand is also reflected by the fact that our LC just uses those names in their signatures and has not had any actions reflected by their advices. •In 2017: AIESEC in Delhi IIT has a brand that pre-exists. To move towards the creation of a board, it must be kept in mind that ELD generation through correcting measures that failed and innovating strategies that did not exist, is the objective. 1.BoA will consist of people with image credibility of knowledge in the fields in which we need mentorship as a membership. 2.A Board MoU needs to exist in place that must be used to source out our prospective board members with monetary clauses may/may not attached. 3.More engagement of BoA with AIESEC 4. JBM twice a year 5. Invitation to all Events throughout

Alumni •Current State: There is minimal engagement of alumni with our LC, which reflects in our growth strategies every year. And, since alumni are not satisfied with us, therefore we are not able to leverage ELD or financial help from them. •In 2017: The main focus will be to engage them with AIESEC to come together as a network. However, we are still away from the point where we can extract ELD out of them. 1.There will be establishment of an Alumni Board which will work directly with the VP Business Development. 2.Alumni can engage with us for Mentorship Programs. 3.Better tracking of alumnis 4.Alumni Engagement Day : DI Birthday 5.Invitation to all LC Events
