The percentage of people in every country who are unaware and uneducated about

the life beyond those few borders of their countries is more than 30%. Due to the lack of cultural understanding, the world is at war, the first step towards the peace and fulfillment of the world is crosscultural understanding among the children who go on to become the riders of the future horses. An understanding among the masses about various cultures and countries would eradicate the differential feelings and we would begin to accept each other's cultural differences which would in turn bring peace to this huge world of diversity and culture; it would bring brotherhood into the limelight and hence there couldn't be another major reason why this matters to me & the world. To Do: In the simplest of words it is basically the creation of an environment where women

can make independent decisions on their personal development as well as shine as equals in society. Women want to be treated as equals so much so that if a woman rises to the top of her field it should be a commonplace occurrence that draws nothing more than a raised eyebrow at the gender. This can only happen if there is a channelized route for the empowerment of women.
