The brand goal is to make aesthetically pleasing, homemade and unique flavors. Unique rotating seasonal flavors bring fresh tastes always something new. Meanwhile its signature look solidifies

Cauldron Ice Cream as a brand.

Target Audience

From young adults and teenagers at San Jose State University, to children and parents, that enjoy aesthetically pleasing ice cream that combines rich, creamy ice cream with a warm puffle cone.

We will start with San Jose State University and the nearby schools, and promote Cauldron ice cream to receive loyal customers.

Hall Government/RHA:

Who are they?

The Residence Hall Association (RHA) at San Jose State is an organization that advocates for the interests of students living in the residence halls. Host events and get on campus residents involved. These orgs can help to reach out to the people who live on campus - 14% of students live on campus

● Each Hall Government (4) hosts 2 events per month, RHA hosts one per month.

- At these events, they can have Cauldron ice cream cater, and this will help to get their names out there. Collaborate with Associated Students to reach the entire student body

● Help promote Cauldron by being sponsored by them.

- At each of their events, have Cauldron ice cream

-Have merchandise (stickers, shirts, flyers) they give out on 7th street Plaza.

- A.S. can have the Cauldron logo and name on their forms, and with this more people would be familiar with Cauldron ice cream.

Outreach to the San Jose Community

ICE CREAM SOCIALS!

Talk to local k-12 schools to host a “Cauldron Ice Cream Social”

● Give samples of the ice cream and waffle cones

● Give the kids a flyer with a coupon on it (flyer will include social media, location(s), and a bit about Cauldron ice cream)

● The kids can bring it to their parents, and bring more people of the children, parents, and family target audience in!

● Cauldron punch card

Cauldron Ice Cream Truck

● Setting up an ice cream truck that goes through public spaces would attract kids and parents.

● As well as having ice cream trucks att local school events like open houses and back to school nights.

● These would encourage new customers to come to the official locations

Social Media Presence

● Because Cauldron ice cream is such aesthetically pleasing ice cream it’s only natural to post photos of it.

● An already popular post trend seen is people posing with the very unique neon sign saying “its not gonna lick itself”

● A good way to promote is to utilize this and make the hashtag #lickit or #notgonnalickitself a trend where people pose with their ice cream in front of this sign.
